Clandestine

Chapter 1

Three years is pretty much a long time. I haven't been home for that long. I looked around the waiting area, my cousin must be somewhere. He's suppose to meet me here.

"Where's that kid?"

"Seong im noona!"

I turned and My favorite cousin flashed a smile.

"Damn so clingy! Been a long time!"

I give him a fist bump.

"How's the flight?"

"It was fine. Now take me home."

He helped me with my things and walked a little ahead of me but i saw him on his phone.

"Yoseob! Don't call my dad"

I snatched his phone away. My dad doesn't need to know i'm here. That hag's causing me a lot of stress. He's such a headache.

"I wasn't trying to call him!"

He protested. I gave him a stare and he raised his hand in surrender.

"I mean...Yeah okay. No need to be all hostile. What's your deal with him anyway?"

"Are seriously asking me that question?"

He shrugs.

"You're gonna be here for a few months. Might as well take the opportunity to talk things through with your father."

"I don't want to be getting involved with him. I just need to do what i came for and live peacefully"

We got inside his car. I sat at the passenger's sit and placed my bag on my lap. I lowered my sit and got ready to sleep while yoseob's busy with his seatbelt.

"Noona.. Yoon texted"

"What'd he say?" I asked with my eyes still closed.

"Let's meet the boys for lunch"

"Boys? Who? Beast?"

"Yes. Them. Everyone's dying to see you. You've been gone for too long"

"Sounds nice. People missing me. Let's go meet the beast boys"

The plane food was so plain, I didn't get to enjoy. Lunch sounds good. But right now, i have to get a nap.

I felt a light poke on my cheeks. I opened my eyes and yoseob's already out of the car. I grabbed my bag and yoseob opened the door for me.

"Whoa. This place's still alive?"

I stopped right infront of the sign. It's the pizza house. This place was suppose to be out of business. Last time i heard, it went bankrupt . I guess not. Actually, it got bigger.

"Yeah. Doojun's dad saved this place. Man, the story behind is so cheesy"

Well what do you know. Those morons invite me for lunch and they aren't here.

We sat near the windows, at a big table, i guess the boys will be coming.

"They should be on there way. for now, enjoy the view and chill"

he opened the windows and the place gave me a great doojun's dad feels. That old man loved flowers. He was So obsessed with them he made his whole backyard a sea of beatiful flowers. No. He's not gay. His late wife loved flowers. He planted it for her. Sweet.

"Noona!"

For a while i got spaced out. The flowers are amazing. I turned to see who it was.

"Doojun!"

Speaking of the devil. He's older than i am but he calls me noona for no reason. I stood up and stretched my hands waiting for him to give me hug. He looked at me with his serious face.

"What? No hug?"

he gave a dorky smile and gave me a tight hug.

"Nice to see you seong im"

"And no more calling me seong im"

"Yeah sure. Seong im"

I was sitting across yoseob and doojun on my right. These boys showing up late coming one after another. Dongwoon showed up cool in his white tees and went straight to where i'm sitting.

"What's up yoseob's cousin"

"Sup! Yoseob's friend!"

I stood and gave him a hug. He sat beside yoseob who was munching on nachos. I was about to sit when junhyung came running towards me and gave me high five.

"Long time no see mong ji!"

Said junhyung who was wearing all black and sat next to doojun. 15 minutes passed and we're already to eat. But one person isn't here yet and i was looking around. But there was no sign of him.

"seong im! You met with hyunseung?"

Asked Doojun (A.N. Let's just pretend hyunseong's living in the states okay? Yay)

"Yeah. He's fine. He looks... Handsome i guess"

"Oh yeah..."

Yoseob stopped halfway of what he was saying and looked at doojun and suddenly snapped his fingers. He might have figured who it was.

"Lover boy might not be coming today"

junhyung finished yoseob's sentence and the four of them were laughing. It kinda hurts that he won't be showing up.

"Whatever. I'm starving! Let's just eat!"

30 minutes passed and there was still no sign of him. Where in the world is he? That rascal's so mean. Doojun and junhyung who were sitting beside me stopped eating.

"He'll come"

leader yoon gave me an assuring look.

"Well now that Junhyung's single. He can be the proxy"

We all stared at yoseob and started laughing.

"Yeah. That joke's overrated. Drop it"

"Ah. Yes. Single junhyung." I teased.

He suddenly turned red. He just broke up with his celebrity girlfriend. It was short-lived but he likes her a lot.

"Well Goo Hara is really pretty."

"Oh god. Not you too"
