Chapter 40

"Ji hyo. I have a bad feeling about this."

"Junmyeon. Can you please relax? The old man's giving him a chance. Isn't this a good thing? He's going back. They're all coming back. It's happy ever after."

"You think it's that easy?!"

I look at him and he's really pissed. I've never seen him this angry before and honestly, his scaring me.

"I'm s-sorry...I.. I just thought this could finally be a breakthrough for you guys. The album's about to come out and let's not ignore the fact that everything's uncertain right now."

"We don't need him. I don't want him anywhere near me. If the president really gets him back, I'm out."

He turned his back. Did he just walk out on me????

"H-hey! Junmyeon! Let's talk this out!"

He stormed out of the house and i hear a car getting out of the driveway.

"What's going on? Where's he off to?"

"Hey Jong in! He's really pissed. I talked to him about Luhan."

"He's always like that when we talked about them."

"I feel sorry i even pushed the topic"

"He's gonna feel better in a few hours. Everyone's in the living room! We're getting ready for dinner"

We head to the living area where they're all gathered. The foods in the coffee table and we all sat in the couch and got our bowl of jjangmyeon.

"Where's suho hyung?"

"He went for a drive."

"By the way, this house is amazing! Now we don't have to share rooms!"

"I'm glad you like it. You'll have more privacy in this place."

After the meal, we tour around the house. I showed them parts of the house and they all take a room for themselves. We got the place retouched and added an extention to the house so they can all have their own rooms.

"You seem to know this place a lot"

"This is where I used to live. It's my family's old house..."

"Oh my! For reals???"

"We lived here for a few years. Just before everything got out of hand. My mother took us to San Francisco and the old man moved to a new place. Brings back so many memories...."

"Sorry...this is going uneventfully sentimental. Anyways, the living arrangements and contract of lease will come up soon. It's time to rest for now"

They insisted we go to the pool area and have a few drinks but I'm too exhausted from all the carrying we did.

I said goodbye and got in my car. I suddenly got a call from Gikwang. Wouldn't hurt if I answered.
