"YOU'RE LATE"

"I know! I'm sorry! It's because i was packing my things and i got tired so i slept....Well, Overslept...A little"

"Let's just go! We'll miss the flight"

"You should know that I'm really sorry!"

"We get it" 

the three of them answer in unison. They're obviously annoyed at how late i am. If i arrived thirty minutes later than this, we'll absolutely miss the flight.

We get in the plane just in time. Doojun and Junhyung sit together while i'm stuck with my flesh and blood.

"Why do you look disappointed?"

"I am not. Look at me! I'm ecstatic!!! Anyways, I can't believe I'm in a plane bound for tokyo. This is a dream come true!!!"

"You never shut up about it since 3rd grade"

"I know!!!!"

Yoseob sits beside me but he looks uneasy. He keeps standing and going to junhyung and doojun's seat and is constantly checking his phone.

"Hey! You okay?"

"Yeah...I'm waiting for someone"

"What? Who....?

"Oh! Nevermind! He's here!!"

He got off his seat and took his bags in the overhead. I moved from my seat to see who it is and oh my god.

"Hey! Sorry i'm late! The class ended a little la...O-oh hey! Didn't know you were coming"

I glared at Yoseob and then to Doojun and Junhyung who sucks at faking their reactions. They're acting like they're as shocked as me.

"Yoseob, you sneaky little son of a bitc..."

"Ji hyo, No need for foul words. You two enjoy 3 hours of sitting together! You can talk too if you want! And...You're welcome!"

It could've been just fine if these idiots did not make it so awkward. Yoseob went to his seat behind the two idiots.

"If you want i can ask to exchange seats"

"No...No. It's fine. Yoseob will probably fuss about it so let's just go with it."

He settled his things in the overhead and sat next to me.

"So...How was your birthday?"

"Oh it was amazing!!!! Yoseob's parents threw me a surprise party. My dad and exo was there. I went with Lay and Kai in the Han River early in the morning and went cycling. By the way, thank you for that. I really appreciate it..."

"...Oh"

I got so excited I didn't realize i'm too close to his face. I retreated and there was just an awkward silence. He suddenly snickered.

"I'm glad you had fun!"

"Yeah....I...Sure did!"

I haven't talked to him in almost a month. It's weird sitting next to him and talking to him like this.

I guess i missed this?

The plane's near takeoff and i'm getting my stuff ready for the 4-hour flight. I sent a message to Junmyeon and the old man just to let them know i'm off.

I'll be binge watching the big bang theory. Gikwang's already asleep so i'm being careful not wake him up.
