Chapter 25

I was sure it wasn't something serious. And it wasn't. Sehun sat right across my hospital bed as they finish wrapping up my bandages again.

The doctor warned me about doing straining physical activities and such incidents may happen again. He tells me it's already safe to go home and leaves.

"You look tired"

"I'm fine" Sehun rubs his eyes and checks on me.

"They might be looking for you. You can go ahead. A friend will drive me home tonight."

He doesn't answer and just stares at me.

"No..."

"Hey. I'm still older than you. I give the orders."

"Yeah. Right. Suho hyungs has been texting me non stop. I should tell them your fine and kinda rude again."

He sits back again and took out his phone.

"Yeah and your stubbornness might be the death of me someday"

So last night was a big mess. Gikwang was able to send me home. Sehun never left when i told him to.

So what happened? I agreed to go home with him after they gave me my medicines and do final check. We were about to leave when Gikwang suddenly shows up in the emergency room.

I ended up with the two of them. But it doesn't really matter, Sehun already knows. I got into my car and sehun drove us both home.

"It's me!"

I pressed the intercom outside of Exo's dorm. They're probably mad at me. No wait, furious. Xiumin opened the door. He doesn't even smile and leaves me at the door and walked ahead.

"It's the CEO's Daughter"

Everyone gathered at the living room. I sat at a small chair and they sat at the couch across me.

"You don't seem so shocked about it"

"What is there to be shocked about?"

Said Jong in looking like he's not even interested with what i'm about to say. There was an awkward silence and everyone's trying to avoid my having eye contact with me.

"We knew..." Lay mumbles from behind me.

"Wow. The surprise is on me."

I listened as they explained. And As they did, i felt like a big liar.

"So you knew. is that why you started treating me well? Is that why you followed what i tell you? Is that why you listened to my senseless stories?"

I started to feel hurt. I actually thought i had a family. God. So stupid of me to think I finally earned their trust. They did that because they knew.

"That's not..."

"It's okay. I understand. He probably pays you double now? Taking care of me? Helping me?"

"Will you stop that non sense" said chen with almost an angry tone.

"What the hell are you trying to say? That we were doing it for money?"

Chanyeol got off of his seat.

There was a moment of silence. No one talking. Jungmyeon stood and left without any word. I started to tear up feeling uncomfortable of the situation. Are they hating on me?
