Clandestine

Chapter 10

I went home to clean myself and get some rest. I've been in the hospital since 10 and i was only able to go home at 4 am. I bought some fruits and some snacks Lay can eat.

I got out of the cab and headed to Lay's room. Well to my surprise, the boys are outside Lay's room.

"And i thought none of you would even care if lay died."

Sehun wakes up from his nap and looks at me.

"Has he woken up?" He shook his head.

I went in and the rest of the members are inside watching Lay sleep. The moment they notice my presence, they suddenly look all serious.

"What are you staring at?"

I placed the snacks beside Lay as slowly as i can so he doesn't wake up.

"Did you get a good rest?" He mumbles. His eyes are still closed.

"I guess. How are you feeling?"

He opens his eyes and struggles to sit so i assisted him.

"Y-you're all here?"

I'm just shocked as he is. They're all here waiting for him to wake up.

"I need to talk your doctor. I'll leave you all here to talk"

I hate awkward situations like these. I'll leave and get some air. Sehun's still outside Lay's room.

"I'm gonna get some air. I'll be back before lunchtime"

He looks at me but say's nothing.

"See you later"

"Song Ji Hyo..."

"What?"

"Thank you..." he stops for a moment like he's about to say more but hesitates.

"...for helping Lay." He stands and gives me a very formal bow.

"You're welcome. I'm gonna get going. Send me a text if you need anything."

"Let's go" he suddenly took a grip of my wrist.

"Where?"

"Coffee"

Is he seriously inviting me for a coffee? What have they eaten? I looked at him and he just raised an eyebrow.

"What? Is that a no?"

"Okay. I like coffee" i walked ahead of him. I felt my face so red.

"I'm sorry for acting rude. We weren't used to girls this close to us."

"It's fine. I mean, you see me as a girl. That's pretty big for douch bags like you"

We went to a near coffee shop and buys me chai tea and a slice of cake. I can see him trying to cover his face. He was uncomfortable with all the people looking at him.

"We should go"

"Finish up your cake"

"Uhm, hi! You're sehun right? I'm a big fan of yours! Please give me an autograph"
