"So you're going on a date?" Josh asks Tyler,raising his eyebrows.
Tyler sighed. His arms spread across the bed,his mind filled with Jenna's smile.
"Tyler...do you like this Jenna?"
"Yeah.. I think so."
"What do you like about her?"
Tyler sat up and looked at Josh.
"Well,I like her smile,she's nice,and -"
"And she didn't make fun of you?"
"No she actually didn't! Which surprised me. I think she likes me back...or something." 
"Well if a girl who finds a guy like you cool,then I guess she does like you."
"Do you think I should call her and ask her when we would have our date?"
Josh sighed and picked up the paper.
"Tyler."
"Yeah?"
"You do realize this is your very first actual friend and you're going on a date with her?"
Tyler looked confused.
"I guess? But you're my first friend. And will always be my friend."
"I know Tyler. But people don't believe in me."
"Don't say that! I believe in you!"
"That's because I'm in your head,Ty."

"So how's the froyo?" Jenna asked,learning new things about Tyler.
"It's good. I've never really had it before." Tyler says,shoving a spoon full of blueberry flavoring.
"Really?"
Tyler nodded.
"Well I think you should eat it more. It's actually one of my comfort foods." Jenna laughed at herself. Tyler smiled at her.
"You have a cute laugh." Tyler said,admiring the blonde girl.
Jenna looked down,blushing,and pushed hair out of her face.
"Thanks,but I don't really like my laugh."
Tyler smiled wider.
"Are you kidding me? You have the best laugh ever. I'd die to have that laugh."
Jenna cheerfully laughed louder.
"You wouldn't want to laugh like a squeaky chipmunk!"
"I would if I were you!"
The two kept laughing and joking at each other. Tyler never felt this happy before. Maybe the thing that was missing in his life was Jenna.
