Wow...

What a whirlwind!

I started this book about five years ago, back in 7th grade. The idea came to me as I sat at the dinner table one night, trying to come up with a cool name for a machine. And the first thing I came up with was The Paradox Corridor. And somehow, out of just a name, came a 50 chapter-long book! I honestly can't believe that I actually finished it. I stopped writing during eighth grade, because that was my most stressful year in middle and upper school. And yet, somehow I never gave up, and I kept writing, a little bit at a time. At the time that I type this, I have 1000 reads on my book exactly: honestly, it's something that I could have never imagined. It may not be a lot to some people, but it's a lot to me. It shows me that other people care about my book too, not just me. And that makes me happy and excited and ecstatic, all at once.

I want to thank my family, for putting up with my rambling about story ideas.

I want to thank my friends, especially the ones who have been reading as I write, making suggestions and encouraging me.

I want to thank Alyssa Shikles, who is the person that first told me about Wattpad, and the first person I ever met who liked to write as well.

And, finally, I want to thank you, reader, for making this all possible. No matter who you are, or what you do, I'm your fan.

After all, you've gotta be great if you enjoy reading my book!

Thank you for everything.

Ciao!
