Her mother nodded, still in distress and traumatized just thinking about it. Frisk's mother avoided eye contact with her.

Frisk glaced over to her mother, she was crying really hard. Mother's hands were cupped in her face, trying to hide the tears.
"What's the secret?" Frisk asked while she clasped her hands together in her lap.
Her mother took a shaky breathe.
" If you join the Scape family you are forever part of it.
You can't leave you can't do anything about it and the worst of all.... Is is that you become them as well."
"You mean-"
"Yes"
"You earn the emblem of their family. A camera face."
Silence......
" The second didn't want her leave because she knew she would never see her again. She knew that she would have to replace her beautiful face with a electronic."
Frisk stared her mother in shock.
"And she never did. all I know is that she's happy but I can't say the same for myself..."
Frisk scooted over and wrapped her arms around her mother and did what she does best. Comfort those she loved.
