Chapter Seventeen:"Everything was so silent you can easily hear a pin drop"

Recap: Paul tries to apologize to Hannah but she doesn't accept it. Paul decided to make something that will surely accept his apology and Hannah did accept it. Alex is opening up to people not like the past he was quiet, anti-social and not apart of attention. Hannah, Paul, Denise and Alex are grouped for a music project. They all insisted to practice at Alex's house and when they saw his house it was a magnificent house. They went to practice and the three learned (Hannah, Paul and Denise) that Alex's dad is a CEO of an architectural and interior design company

Chapter Seventeen:"Everything was so silent you can easily hear a pin drop"

"What?" Alex is completely clueless that his father IS A CEO OF AN ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANY!!!! Alex's family is surely rich. I mean come on his dad is a CEO of two companies

"What do you mean 'what'?" I asked

"Your dad is a CEO I repeat CEO of two companies" I added. OH MY GOD!! No wonder their house is so amazing-no outstanding-no extravagant. Yup! That's the word extravagant.

"Okay and?" Alex ask

This boy!

"Do you know that you're apart of a rich family?" Denise ask

"Yes I know" Alex said. It sounded like he rehearsed this several times. Did people have this kind of reaction when they found out that Alex is part of a rich family? Maybe.

"No wonder your house is so extravagant" Denise voiced out my thoughts a few seconds ago

"Agree!" I said

"Yeah... My father and sister insisted of having a mansion-"

"A MANSION!!!" We all cut off Alex but he continued

"But my mom and I wanted a normal house. We decided to own this house and try to make it 'fancy' which was what my sister said. It was kinda a success" Alex said the last part unsure

Paul's eyebrow rose. "Kinda a success" Paul repeated Alex's words. Alex nodded. "Dude, it was a totally success!"

Denise and I nod in agreement

Alex rolled his eyes. "Whatever"

Is this why he was um...lonely?

"Is this why you were -no offense but an anti-social and lonely person?" Denise voiced out my thought

"Yup. I didn't want to be the highlight of the school so I decided to do one thing at school; don't tell anybody" Alex looked at us with nervousness. "You won't tell anybody right?"

"OF COURSE NOT!!"" I exclaimed. Okay maybe kinda yelled

"Nope" Paul said

"Our lips are sealed!" Denise said with a smile

Alex's face was washed with relief. "Thanks"
