Chapter 20
Darcy's stomach has been bothering her for a while now. Every day it was the same routine. Sleep all day; work all night. While suffering through bad stomach pain. The pain was so great that any medicine she took would not work.
Justin's POV:
"How are you doing, baby girl?" I asked as I handed her some food, hoping she would eat something.
"Awful." She rubbed her stomach.
"My head hurts." She whined. I went to the bathroom to get some pain killers."Here, take these." I hand her the two tablets and water. She pops the tablets into her month and drowns them in water.
"Those should work in fifteen minutes." I tangle my arm around her like a snake. She whines again; this time complaining that her throat hurts.
"Maybe we should go to the doctor." I mumbled, knowing how much she hates the doctor. Surprisingly, she agrees. I walk out of the room to make an appointment.
"You have an appointment today at 3 pm." I look at the clock for a split second. It was 1:00 pm.
"I'll go make you soup." I walk out of the room to make her chicken noodle soup.
"Oh, it's okay." She said, whining a bit while holding her stomach.
"No, it's not. You're lying. You're stressed out about something. What is it?" I ask.
"It's Maddie. She hasn't texted me in a while. I'm worried about her. What if she left me? I don't want that to happen. It's scary." She confessed.
A/N: So many emotions. What do you think will happen?
