Chapter 27

I slowly opened my eyes, I was still in the back of Soda's car, of corse naked, I sat up and  wrapped the blanket around me, then I looked out and around the Windows I did not see Soda or anyone else I knew, there was a movie playing, some beach movie.

Then all a sudden someone banged on the window I jumped up in the air hitting my head on the roof of the car a little, "It was Two-Bit he started laughing really hard then fell on the ground, Still laughing.

I just rolled my eyes and I grabbed my bra and underwear from the front seat and then put them on I then grabbed my dress and my heels and put them on afterwards.

I then opened the car door and walked out I looked around for a second I then saw the whole gang sitting in chairs in a circle drinking beer, smoking cancer sticks, and laughing and talking.

I walked over and they all smiled at me and said, "Hey" I walked over behind Soda and kissed his cheek, then he grabbed me and sat me on his lap I kinda sat sideways and I put my arms around his neck.

Two-Bit was drunk, Dallas was smoking a cancer stick, Johnny was staring in the small pit of fire, PonyBoy was laying on his back staring at the stars, Steve was starting to slowly fall asleep and Darry was just sitting back and relaxing.

Soda looked down at me and smiled and I looked up at him and smiled too, then we leaned in and we kissed, when we pulled away I smiled even bigger and I hugged him tighter.

"ThankYou so much I've been enjoying this date" I said softly in his ear, I then kissed his cheek and pulled away I laid my head on his chest and stared into the fire.

After a couple minutes of laying in Soda's lap a truck with a bunch of other greasers came driving in some of them were drunk they all got out and blaire there radio.

The hit song, "BlueMoon" came on I sat up out of Sodas lap and smiled at him, I stood up and held out my hand for him to take.

He grabbed my hand and I helped him up, he looked down and smiled at me, "Baylee Valentine, would you accept this dance", Soda said.

I smiled and blushed, "Yes Sodapop Curtis, I would love to dance with ya".

Then he pulled me in close and he put his hands down and around my waist, and he went down really low, I smirked, then I slowly wrapped my arms around his neck.

We moved in close to each other and then he rested his forehead on mine.

The gang stared at us smirking, PonyBoy said, "Aww guys this is so cute".

Dallas leaned back with his cancer stick hanging out the side of his mouth, he looked up at the stars then he leaned back a little to far and flew back out of his chair his legs flew up too.

The crash of the chair scared Darry and Johnny because they were half way asleep.

Me and Soda looked over and we started laughing so hard we could not stop I fell on the ground and held my stomach laughing really hard.

I then stood up and walked over to Dallas I looked down at him, "You ok", I said smirking his cancer stick was still in his mouth.

Soda went and sat back Down in his chair staring at the fire.

Dallas looked at me then he threw his cancer stick, he looked back up at me, "Hey Baylee I want to tell you something", he was just a little drunk so he could still understand fully.

"What Dal?", I said slowly leaning in to him a bit closer then he grabbed me and pulled me closer to him, then he tried to kiss me.

"What the fuck Dal", I said angry, then I punched him in the arm.

"Ouch, damn Baylee calm down", he said in light pain.

Then he popped up from the ground and sat up his chair then sat back down in it.

I then just rolled my eyes and went back and sat in Soda's lap after a few minutes I was getting really tired.

I looked around and PonyBoy and Johnny were dead asleep, Darry stood up from his chair and looked around at everyone.

"Let's head home", he said softly to both me and Soda and everyone else that was awake.

Darry went over and picked PonyBoy up in his arms and Dallas picked up JohnnyCakes in his arms and they both carried them to Darry's truck, it was so cute when they were asleep they remind me of really cute babies or puppies sleeping.

And Two-Bit and Steve decided to ride home with us in Soda's car.

Soda drove I sat in the passenger seat in the front and Two-Bit and Steve sat in the back.

While we were driving back to there house I put on the radio and laid my head gently on the window and closed my eyes and Two-Bit and Steve were talking to each other the whole time but I did not mind them.

Finally when we reached their house we pulled in the drive way and got out, when we were walking up on the porch Soda spun me around and kissed me, I smiled at him and he said to me, "I enjoyed this date with you it was amazing for a small date", and we kissed more.

Then Steve turned around from the door way and said annoyed, "Can y'all go do that in his room instead" we laughed a bit.

We were all so tired I looked at the clock it was 2:04 in the morning we all then crashed on the couch and Two-Bit just fell on the floor and fell asleep immediately.

Me and Soda walked over to the couch and we both fell asleep.
