I felt something touch my face, I just scrunched my nose and continued to sleep, then I felt it again.

I opened my eyes and Two-Bit was sitting next to the couch really close to my face staring at me, He scared the shit out of me, I jumped a little.

And of corse he fell on the floor laughing really hard, I sat up and lightly kicked him, "Gosh Two-Bit your such an ass sometimes you know that", my voice cracked really badly.

I walked over and in the kitchen Soda was making breakfast and Johnny and PonyBoy were sitting down at the table talking.

I walked in and Pony and JohnnyCakes smiled at me, I smiled back, "GoodMorning" I said softly my voice cracked really bad.

Soda turned around, "Are you getting sick?", he said a bit worried, they all stared at me waiting for an answer.

I replied again, "No I feel fine", my voice cracked again but worse this time.

"Actually my throat feels a little sore, I think I'm losing my voice" I said I was also kinda embarrassed because my voice sounded like Mickey Mouse being kicked multiple times in the balls, no offense Two-Bit.

I then went and sat down next to Johnny and Pony, "DOoo YoUu GuYs THAnk MY voICe SOuNds ThaT BAd?" I said threw huge voice cracks.

Pony looked at me then at Johnny and then back at me again then Johnny was also looking at me.

"Honestly Baylee if I were you I would not talk for the rest of the day, if you want we have Lipton Tea Packets I can brew some hot tea it will make your throat feel better", he said smiling a little, but just to make me feel better because ever time PonyBoy smiles I can't help but smile back.

"Yea sure tea sounds great, ThankYou" I said whispering so my voice would not crack so much, I gave him a small smile.

Then he stood up and went over grabbed some tea packets and he grabbed the tea Kenal and boiled water.

Then Soda walked over behind me and kissed my head he gave me a bowl of cereal and sat down next to me.

And while the water and tea was boiling Pony came back and sat down next to Johnny.

I tried to talk again I said, "So DO YoU GUyS..." I cut myself off because it really started to hurt.

"Maybe it would be best if you did not talk so much and if you need to just whisper instead", said Soda.

I just shook my head agreeing with him and also to show that I understand.

When the tea was done PonyBoy stood up went over to it and poured it in a small glass mug he walked back over to the table and sat down he gave me the mug and smiled.

"Thanks", I said very softly, "Welcome", he said.

I softly picked up the mug and drank some of the tea, it burned the shit out of my tung, I yelped and then spit the tea out.

Then I started coughing really bad, Soda came around and started to pat my back.

"What's wrong" he asked rubbing my back.

I looked up at all three of them, "Oh it burned my mouth" I said straining my voice.

PonyBoy looked at me kinda worried, "Oh yeah sorry I forgot it is really hot", I did not want him to feel bad at all, "It's fine honestly", then he gave me a small smile of relief.

After that I cleaned up my Tea mess and I went and sat on the porch I looked across the street and I saw another car out front of my house.

I started to get curious of who was also over my house it can't be a relative or anything because they are all in Mexico and half of them can't speak a fuck of English.

I then walked in and told Soda and PonyBoy about the car I told them I will be back over in a little bit.

I then walked out of the door and across the street.
