Chapter 41

After I was all finished washing myself, I turned off the water and slowly opened the shower curtains, I was so cold and was shaking, I grabbed the towel and dried myself off with it then, I dried my hair with it, then I put it around me and grabbed my bra, underwear, and T-Shirt.

I then walked to the door opening it quickly and they were in the living room, they all turned around and stared at me, I just awkwardly gave them a fake smile, showing my teeth then with no hesitation ran my ass all the way up the steps into pony's room I closed the door behind me quickly, I knew that was gonna be awkward.

I then took off the towel and while I was getting dressed Pony came in, that made me jump, "Hey calm down Baylee it's just me", he said laughing then closed the door,
"So Darry said we are leaving in an hour instead so we can set up while it's still light outside", I looked at him and said, "You wanna come across the street with me in a couple minutes so I can pack some stuff, "Yea sure", then he came over and kissed my neck and grabbing my breast and softly squeezing them.

"No Pony, please not now", he looked at me upset like I hurt his feelings, great! Now I feel bad, "Sorry Pony it's just, I don't even know anymore", I walked up to him still naked kissing him, I kissed his neck a bit then just put my arms around his neck and hugged him for a minute, "Pony I don't know what to do anymore, but we can talk about it more when we go camping".

"Ok", he said softly in my ear.

I then stopped hugging and put my bra and underwear on, and he helped me and he clipped my bra and everything, after I got dressed we went back down stairs,
We told everyone that me and Pony will be across the street, Soda and Steve asked if they could come as well.

We then got our shoes on and headed out the front door and across the street to my window, I opened it and Soda helped me in, then I helped him, then Steve, and PonyBoy, once everyone was in I walked to my bed grabbing my light brown bag.

I also grabbed my pillow and a small blanket, once I had everything we went back out the window, and across the street, we opened the door and walked in, all the bags were ready and everyone was good to go, then Darry looked at everyone and everything, "Ok is everyone good, everyone have everything they need".

Everyone said, "Yes" then we grabbed all of our bags and we went outside to his truck, three of us went with Darry and five went in Steve's car, Darry, Johnny, and Dallas went together and, Me, PonyBoy, Soda, Two-Bit, and Steve went in Steve's car.

Steve was driving, Two-Bit was in the passenger seat, and in the back was, me in the middle, Soda on my left, and Pony on my right, we sat in the car waiting for Darry to start driving so we could follow him, because he is the only one who knows where we are going.

Darry then pulled out the drive-way, and we started following him, as we were driving, Steve turned on the radio, and "BlueMoon", was on, I started singing along, then Steve did, then Soda, then PonyBoy and last Two-Bit, and it was really funny.

"BLUEMOON, YOU SAW ME STANDING ALONE" and we kept singing along to songs for about half an hour until we got there.

We then had to make a left turn onto this dirt path leading into the woods, it was really pretty, we kept driving a little while longer until we made it, there was a huge green field, and a pond with a little boardwalk going out into it and around that was the woods.

Then Darry parked his truck and got out, then Steve parked his car and we all got out,
Everyone stretched and looked around, "Ok guys well this is it this is the place" said Darry with a big smile on his face,"well we should start unpacking and setting up, before it gets to dark" said Soda looking at Darry, and Darry shook his head agreeing.

I then walked over and grabbed the tent and Soda and Darry helped, it was one of those tents that can fit up to like 4 people but they brought three of them, so Me and Pony grabbed the first one and Darry and Soda grabbed the second tent then Dallas and Johnny grabbed the third one and we started setting them up.

While Me and Pony were setting up the tent, he kept looking at me with a smile, so I just smiled while I was nailing the things in the ground that go onto the tent, about fifteen minutes later everyone was finished setting up the tents then Darry and Soda started getting pillows and blankets and the cooler out.

Then Pony whispered in my ear, "So can we go talk now remember you said we would finish our conversation when we got here" I smiled and shook my head yes, then he said, "Hey Darry Me and Baylee are going to look around a bit we will be right back", Darry did not look up he was still setting up, "Ok you stay out of trouble now and don't get hurt".

Then we both started walking towards the pond, "Hey let's go talk on the little bridge across the pond" said Pony, "Yea sure thing", then we started walking.
