Nia was quietly reading in her and Rena's room to get her mind off things when her sister walked in. She marked her page and closed her book.

"Is there something you wanted?" Nia asked.
"This is my room too and yeah." Rena said and sat down on the edge of her bed. "We came up with a strategy." She said.
Nia raised an eyebrow suspicously at her sister.
"What is it?" She asked.
"Get Calum to actually fall in love with you and ask you out." Rena said.
"What? No way, I don't want to play him. Why would I even do that?" Nia said.
"To get us more views, duh. Think about it, when Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards were dating it got Little Mix more popular and look where they are now." Rena explained.
"Yeah but, Perrie or Zayn didn't do it for the popularity, what they had was real. It just so happened that Perrie was in a group too. I'd feel really bad for using Calum like that." Nia said.
Rena sighed and glared at Nia.
"If you really cared about us and wanted us to become bigger, you'd do it." She said before leaving the room.

Nia groaned and shoved her face into a pillow. She and Calum were already good friends and the last thing she wanted to do was to use him and possibly hurt him. His friend and practically her boss since her band was signed into his band's record label, after all. God knows what would happen if she did do what Rena was telling her to.

Meanwhile with Calum, his bandmates would tease him everytime about Nia. His response was always a light laugh before correcting them and saying no. He was playing video games on the couch with Luke, he was different from his band mates. He'd simply ask Calum questions and not bring Nia up as often as Michael and Ashton do.

"So, what's the plan tonight?" Luke asked, smirking at Calum.
"Nothing." He said straight, focusing his gaze to the screen.
"Tomorrow?" Luke asked as he shot more zombies down.
"I'm introducing her to my parents." He said and stabbed several enemies in the game.
"Woah, are you guys a thing already?" Luke asked and paused the game.
"No. I introduce all my good friends to my parents, remember?" Calum asked, putting his controller down.
"Yeah, sure, that's why. Anyway, it was just one 'date'." Luke said, making air quotes with his fingers when he said date. "You guys are that close already?" Luke asked.
"Yeah. We have a lot of things in common and it was really fun. Two 'dates' actually." Calum said, correcting Luke and mimicking his air quotes.
"Nice." Luke said, chuckling before continuing with their game.

Ashton and Michael came inside their flat and sat down on the couch next to Luke and Calum.

"So, we're invited to Kendall Jenner's party at their L.A house in two weeks." Michael announced.
"Do you guys want to go?" Ashton asked.
"Um, yeah sure." Luke shrugged.
"Can we bring Hey Violet?" Calum asked.
Michael and Ashton laughed.
"I don't know but that probably wouldn't be the wisest choice since there's gonna be alcohol and drinks there and Nia might be there too." Michael said, still laughing hysterically.
"We'd be fine if you used protection but we all know how careless you could be when you get drunk." Ashton said.
"You guys are dicks." Calum scoffed and ran up to his and Michael's room.

Calum opened up his song book and clicked his pen, attenpting to write a song but he couldn't fully concentrate. All he was thinking of was Nia. He knew full and well that he loved Nia as a friend yes, but he wasn't in love with her. It was probably because Michael and Ashton put the scenario in his head which hasn't even happened yet. He groaned, his head falling to his hands. His phone started to ring in his pocket, he took out and answered the call which was from Nia.

"Hi," He said.
"Hey. You okay?" Nia asked.
"I'm fine. I just can't think of anything to write a song about right now. You?" He asked.
"I'm okay." She said. They both didn't know what to say for a while until Nia spoke up again. "Do you want me to come over and help you out a bit?" Nia offered kindly.
"Oh, I don't want to bother you." Calum said shyly.
"Its no problem. I want to get away from my bandmates a bit too, actually." Nia said and sighed.
"Okay." He said.
"I'll see you in a bit." She said.
"Bye," Calum said and ended the call.
