Chapter 21: Bloody Hell

Nitsu: It's time to celebrate my gummy warriors! We hit 50K! *Pops champagne bottle open*

Kami: Oh no, you aren't drinking again. Not after last time...

Nitsu: It's not my fault the house turned pink. Who knew that if you pissed of a glitter fairy they'd curse your house to be pink! 

Kami: *Pulls out guns and aims at Nitsu's head* PUT. THE. BOTTLE. DOWN.

Nitsu: *pouts* Fine, it's not even champagne Kami-chan! It's just gummy bear soda. Anyways we have to say thank you to everyone, and tell them about the surprise!

Kami: *keeps guns trained on Nitsu* Thank you everyone for reading, commenting, and voting! Oh, and there's a surprise at the end so don't stop reading after the cred -- NITSU DON'T YOU DARE TAKE A SIP 

Nitsu: But Marshmallow-Chan...Can I at least have a cookie?

Kami : *Fires above Nitsu's head and nicks hair off the top* Call me Marshmallow-Chan again and I won't miss. Wait... is cookie supposed to be some sort of innuendo?

Nitsu: *blushes* N-No! The author does not own and is not affiliated with Naruto in any way! She only owns the plot of this story and her ocs! Basically anything you haven't seen before! BYEEE! *Runs away*

Kami: *fires at Nitsu as he runs away* NITSU I CAN TELL WHEN YOU'RE LYING! GET BACK HERE YOU DIRTY LITTLE SHIT!

Third POV

"So, the tyrant Gato has been-" Naruto held up a hand. "Shh...you're boring me. I'm gonna do this, Kura get out the stopwatch." Kurama pulled out a small blue stopwatch and gave a thumbs up, "Ready Naru?" Naruto nodded and Kurama clicked the start button. "The tyrant Gato has led your nation to poverty. Thus you began construction of a bridge that would be able to bring back trade and help your country regain its former glory. However Gato is against that so he is trying to kill you. Since the others of this nation aren't as bold as you are, construction would end and Gato would remain in power. So to protect yourself you hired nin bodyguards. But you couldn't afford high ranked ones since you have no money, so you settled for a C-ranked classification even though this is clearly an A rank. Now you are terrified that we will choose to not protect you and you will fail in your efforts. So you plan to use a child and possible grandchild to guilt us into following you to the end." Naruto took a deep breath and Kurama stopped the watch.

"That took too long Naru, Nitsu would be disappointed. But if your information is right, then I think he might let it slide." Tazuna nodded, "The boy is right. How did you know?" Naruto sighed, "My strength lies not only in my abilities, but in my analytical prowess as well. When I was young and under the care of my sensei, not Kakashi, I was taught how to figure out what was gonna happen before it actually happened. It was a little game we played for years, my sensei is much better at it then I am. He would have been able to figure out the gender of your child, the past that caused discomfort in your family, and even why you named your child what you did. Anyways, I have made my decision on whether or not we follow you. It is up to Kakashi to decide the choice of the group."

Kakashi sweat dropped and looked at the old man, "Tazuna-San, these kids are still genin. They wouldn't be able to take a mission of this rank." Sasuke held up a hand, "Sensei, I believe that we should complete the mission. It is our duty as Ninjas to accomplish our goal, and if my suspicions are right then we must do it for another cause as well." Kakashi raised an eyebrow, "And what is that Sasuke?" Sakura smiled at Naruto, "I can answer that for you Kakashi-sensei. Because those who abandon their friends are worse than scum. Naruto is our friend and comrade and knowing him he is probably gonna help Tazuna out. This we should not abandon him and we must proceed on this course of action." Kakashi smiled under his mask. These children were proving to be quite extraordinary pupils. Now it's time for the last one to shine...hopefully. "What about you Mito?"
