The Pain of Neglect (Naruto Fanfic)

Chapter 1:The Sealing

Third POV

"Come on Kushina! You can do it honey! Push!" Minato squeezed his beloved's hands and was greeted with a deadly glare from the delivering woman. " DON'T YOU DARE HONEY ME MINATO! YOU ARE NOT THE ONE IN TREMENDOUS PAIN RIGHT NOW SO SHUT THE HELL UP!! UGH!" The sounds of children crying filled the air. In the hands of the midwife were two children. A little girl and boy, the girl had large light gray-blue eyes like her mother with her father's facial structure. Her brother on the other hand had brilliant blue eyes and little tufts of blonde hair on his head, with three whisker marks on each cheek and his mother's facial structure. The new family had around three minutes of time until the chaos ensued.

The masked man, the released Kyuubi, to say the most it was not the best day for the Namikaze family. Minato decided to seal the kyuubi in Naruto, his eldest child, and began to start the sealing process, whilst ignoring his wife's pleas for him to stop and seal the beast back inside her. Tears fell down his face as he went through the hand signs, this seal would be the beginning of his lasts, his last time seeing his family, his last moments being hokage, his last moments being a father, he wiped away a tear and quietly whispered, " Goodbye my love, my precious children, my village, goodbye forever.." He was about to finish the last hand signs when he was abruptly pushed to the side, " It's not time for you to go yet Minato, I have lived for too long and it's time for this old man to pass away. At Least this way I can save a life before I die. You have a lot to live for my successor and the village needs you." Minato gratefully smiled at the old third hokage as Hiruzen performed the last few hand signs. The room filled with light as the seal consumed the Kyuubi into the young newborn Naruto. Hiruzen fell on the ground with a peaceful smile and Minato ran to his side. " Thank you old friend. Thank you for giving me a chance to remain with the ones I love. Your sacrifice will not be in vain." He smiled slightly and went over to his wife and two children. One with a large seal on his stomach, and one with an innocent smile on her face. Minato's eyes welled up with tears as he held his children, " I will always love you my children. This will never happen again. The kyuubi will never harm anyone ever again. I will make sure of it." Kushina smiled and slowly collapsed after the pain of all the labor she had gone through. If only Minato knew how exactly he would go towards keeping that promise.

Well, That's the beginning of the story!

And just a note, I do not own and am not affiliated with Naruto at all. Seriously, it would have been horrifying if I did though.
