Chapter 11

"Your mother and I have made a mutual decision to split up. Now we would have two different apartments and you can choose one to live in full time or else both half the time or actually I suppose you could stay living with Henry but...." Nate Archibald spoke slowly and seriously.

Will lay back on the couch and bit his gum nervously. He knew they weren't happy but splitting up?

"And this has nothing to do with that slutty cow" Sage Spence added spitefully.

Will looked up suddenly, who was this 'slutty cow'? Nate glared at Sage and looked back at Will

"Will, I have to go now but please decide" Nate left and Will was left there in the awkward silence.

"Who is 'slutty cow'?" Will blurted out.

"Jennifer Tallulah Humphrey"

"A family tree?" Henry asked incredulously.

"Yes get over it" Jeremy, an acquaintance of Henry's said.

Henry laughed "Okay this will be painful"

Henry and Jeremy said goodbye and Henry left Central Park and hopped in his limo. Soon he was home and he decided to start on his family tree.

"Hey dad. Hello mom. Can you two help me with a family tree please?"

Chuck and Blair exchanged glances and smiled nervously "Of course"

Oh my god this keeps getting better and better.

Lily walked in the front door and as surprised to hear raised voices coming from the dining room.

"Why the hell why won't you tell me what happened?" Henry shouted.

"He fell off a building" Chuck answered, his voice carrying a note of finality.

"I sincerely doubt that" Henry shouted, quieter this time.

Lily slipped past the door of the dining room and into her bedroom.

The identity of Gossip Girl still eludes me but I have researched and found out more about her power. Most people would not dream of going up against her such as a 18 year old who has only been here for approximately a month. But it is imperative I find an ally in this crusade so my search continues.

Lily had decided to write her essay as a diary entry first and then transfer it into a conclusion but first shortening it. She had also decided that Victoria would not make a suitable ally and Grace didn't want to be involved so she didn't know who to pick. Her minions would just tell Gossip Girl and who else was there? Lily could still hear Henry through her music which she had turned up to full volume and she realised she had been so stupid. When you're fighting a war who better to fight with you then your own brother?

The train rumbled to a stop and JJ was in Cornwall. He used the map on his phone to guide him to Knightley School and it was just a 10 minute walk. Walking up the long driveway he noticed the sprawling grounds and tall buildings with massive windows. In the small entrance space filled with sofas and small glass tables there was some type of member of faculty.

"Hi! I'm looking for a girl named Penelope Baizen. Before she moved here she was my friend in New York" JJ explained.

The woman nodded understanding and stood up "Yes Penelope, she is in the Stephenson Dorm. But I'll have to fetch her and you can just wait here"

"Thanks" JJ smiled as he sat down.

5 minutes then 10 minutes then 15 minutes passed.

The woman reappeared and smiled apologetically "I'm so, so sorry but she is.... unavailable to see you right now"
