The smell of cakes being baked downstairs woke me up. I knew Alisha was baking, she is a genius at it. She can sing, draw, cook... I am so jealous of her. Also, she happens to be bloody stunning. With her amazing greeny blue kind of eyes, dark hair and figure. How could Beau resist her?
Daniel woke up the same time as me. ''Is that cakes?''
Yes. That's the first thing he said to me. Not ''morning baby'' or ''hey beautiful'', no...cakes. At least I only thought it, not said anything.
''Yeah, think Alisha is baking.'' I replied.
''Cool, hungry as fuck.''
We both got up, his messy hair and my smudged make-up made us both look like tramps. But we were embracing it.
When we got downstairs, everyone was there, we were the last ones up.
''Alright lazy arses?'' Beau said.
We both sat down with everyone at the table and Alisha brought in the cakes. All different colours and patterns, some chocolate, some plain but all delicious. They were gone within 10 minutes.
''Fuck, they were amazing.'' Luke said.
''Thanks.'' She softly replied.
I looked down at Daniel's hand. What the hell?
''Daniel?'' I asked.
''Yeah?'' He said.
''What the hell are they on your knuckles?''
The boys started laughing and Becca and Alisha looked as confused as I was.
''Jelly Beans.'' Daniel said.
''Jelly Beans?''
''Yeah, I like them.''
''Oh god, it's a tattoo isn't it?''
''Yeah haha.''
I looked down at these colourful 'jelly beans' on his hands and began to laugh.
''Nice, my boyfriend has an obsession with Jelly Beans.''
Everyone chuckled before getting up to help Alisha clear away. Rebecca and Luke were flirting, he playfully kissed her on the cheek a few times whilst washing up. Beau was all over Alisha like rash, not being subtle at all. Daniel went upstairs to ''have a shit'' as he kindly told me. I loved this, I felt at home. Everyone I loved was here with me, well most of them anyway. Plus we had cakes for breakfast. I mean, come on, that's a hell of a good morning to me.
