Chapter 9

Vanessa's POV

Last night was ..... ugh I can't even! It was magical. Staring in his eyes, talking to him and his looks! He is so charming! Tonight we are watching a movie together! Side by side. But at the same time I can't stop thinking about Gabriel like I told him I'm not ready for a relationship but look what I'm doing now! I like Chris though I want to know him more. I haven't heard Gabriel since I told him I'm not ready. I mean I know how it feels or maybe he is busy. But anyways I have a tutor class today at 2.00 p.m. before my 'hangout' with Chris.

Roni's POV

Wake up in the morning feeling good. Listen to music, eat my favorite cereal, do some homework & chores then read my favorite story To All The Boys I Loved Before. Its a great story. I love it. What about Brent though? He's cute right? He is goofy,clumsy and a gentlemen I guess? I walk downstairs to read my book outside. When I was going down I bump into Nessa.

Roni went downstairs and bumped into Nessa.

N: Ron!
R: I'm sorry I didn't see you there.

Nessa rolls her eyes.

N: Did you get the news?
R: What news?
N: The drama club is having a play. Since you and I are in the drama club lets try it out!
R: What is the play about?
N: Um I don't know about a girl something something?
I don't know yet! But lets try it out!
R: I can't.
N: Why not?
R: I already have drama in my life and I don't even have to act.
N: True but you have really good acting. You could have a good scholarship.
R: I don't know Nessa.
N: Come on, pretty please!
R: Fine. *sigh*

Nessa smiles and goes to the tutor center at school and Roni goes outside and reads her book. It was night and Vanessa was already. She took a picture and posted on Instagram.

She couldn't decide pink or red? But she finally picked so she picked the pink one🔝! Nessa waits for Chris to pick her up. Then Chris arrives 5 minutes later standing at her doorstep and brings roses then rings the bell.

N: That must be him!
C: Hey Vanessa!
N: Hey Chris.
C: You look absolutely beautiful.
N: Well thank you! You look very handsome ...... and charming as well.

Chris smirks and puts his shoulder up.

C: Shall we?
N: We shall.

Vanessa kept smiling till they arrived the movie theatre and having her own thoughts.

In Vanessa's mind

All I could hear is my heartbeat chasing his heart and I can't stop looking at him. He is so charming! I swear!

Christian & Vanessa went to the movie theatre and decided to watch Nerve featuring Emma Roberts, Dave Franco & others. After the movie they went to Starbucks and talk.

C: The movie was awesome.
N: Yeah it was! Its like my favorite movie.
C: Mine too.

*both laughs and keeps smiling* *awkard silence*

N: Its almost late.
C: Yeah yeah it is.

Chris sends Nessa home and walks her to her doorstep.

C: Well ....
N: Well ...
C: It was a great night and I enjoyed it. Thank you.
N: Thank you actually. You made me laugh and I couldn't even stop. So ....
C: So ....

*giggles from the window*

N: I'm sorry. I think thats Roni, Alissa & Amanda. Well bye.
C: Yeah. Bye. I'll see you soon!
N: Okay!

Nessa goes inside and slams the door.

N:What are you guys doing here?! Wait! I smell fries!

Nessa storms out and went to the kitchen and finds fries on the table and eats it like a monster.

R: I think you guys should go home. I'll talk to her. Thanks for coming guys!

Roni went to the kitchen to talk to Nessa but she was gone. Roni checks upstairs and hears her singing in the shower. Roni yawns. They both went to bed.
