Chapter 15

Chris's POV
It was a rainy Saturday, when I get a text message from Vanessa. Meet me at the new cheese tart place at the mall. I smiled when I got the text. I will always remember that night. It was special. I'm afraid she doesn't have the same thought about the kiss. It was magical. It felt like how Prince Charming found his loving beautiful princess. I have to get ready.

Nessa's POV
I'm having a tummy ache. Its not like I didn't eat nor am I hungry but like butterflies are gonna explode out of my stomach. Less panic lets just get my routine started; 10 mins workout, shower, get dressed, healthy quick breakfast , grab my car keys and climb in my car. I arrived and I can see him. I don't know what to say. I'm scared. My heart is beating so fast and loud. 'Hey Chris.' 'Nessa.' He smiles. 'Um what did you want to talk about?' 'Well I just want to say that I've NOT been avoiding you since the ... our ....um .' 'Kiss?' He answers. 'Yes.' 'Listen Nessa I love you and if you're not ready then its fine.' 'I .... I .... I am.' 'Really?' 'Didn't the kiss give you a hint?' 'I leaned to kiss you not you.' 'Shut up.' I giggle. 'See I cracked a smile on your face.' I tried to hide my face with my hands. 'So ...?' 'So ...?' 'Nessa?' 'Chris?' 'Roni?' 'Crawford?' 'Oh yeah Crawford. He texted me to meet at the mall.' Roni hesitates. 'You texted me.' Crawford says. Roni hits Crawford's shoulder. 'Where's Brent?' Chris asked. 'Why don't you ask him. Well how bout we go buy cheese tarts.' 'Sure. I love me some cheezZzz tarts.' Roni laughs. 'Brent did something.' Chris said. 'What do you mean?' 'He did something that made Roni mad and sad.' 'Well I could tell she's mad but not sad.' 'Didn't you see the paper bags she was holding?' I shake my head. 'She bought Adele's & Taylor Swift's album and bought tons of clothes and a scrapbook and a tub of ice cream.' I laugh. 'You think my sister bought all of that?' 'Why not? I saw it.' 'But Roni isn't like that she said that she will easily move on.' 'But she loves Brent so much or loved so she must be sad and mad if he did something wrong that hurt her.' Chris objects. 'I'll talk to her as soon as we get home. Do you wanna hang at my house?' 'Yeah sure?'  I smile. He leans in for a kiss. 'Here's your cheese tart.' Our moment was ruined. We went home and we saw Crawford & Roni watching the Hobbit but we were shocked because Crawford puts his hand over Roni's shoulder like he's her boyfriend and Roni was okay with it. Then, the door bell rang. I grabbed the door and it was ?????

Brent's POV
I can't find Roni. I'm worried. I called her 97 times or more , texted her a million times and even emailed her. I'm on my way to her house. I press the door bell. It was Nessa. 'Brent?!' 'Nessa! Have you seen Roni? Roni?' I see her laughing with another guy at the couch watching TV. 'Brent?' 'What's all of this?' I ask her. 'Nothing. We have to talk in private.' Nessa ,Chris & Crawford went in Nessa's room and closed the door.'What is going on? I called you , texted you and emailed you! You have been worrying me.' 'I'm fine. And can you stop with your acting.' 'What? What act? What are you talking about?' 'Oh really then who is this?' She shows me a photo of a new youtuber named Lauren with me. 'Thats my cousin.' 'Oh really.' She swipes down to the caption; Boyfriend💟. 'We are done, Brent. You lied to me. I knew you're too good to be true. Get out.' 'Roni I'm ... .' 'I said get out.' 'Okay fine. Roni I'm sor-' She slams the door in my face. I put my ear near the door. I could hear her crying. I left her. I actually cheated on her. I can't believe what I did.

Roni's POV
I was crying and took a tub of ice cream and watched The Hobbit by myself in the living room. I can hear Nessa said 'Bye.' and the door closes. 'Did the boys leave?' 'Yeah.' 'Roni, are you okay?' ' How could I be?' 'I'm sorry.' 'You know I'm sick of everybody saying sorry. Sorry . Sorry. Sorry.' She nods. I started crying and she hugs me and we both cry together. The phone rings. I answered it. 'Hello? Yes this is she.' I kept sniffing. I dropped the phone. 'Roni, what is it?'
'Our parents they ...... .'
