So, for Luke's sake, Emily and I pretended to hate each other at school, but in reality, we were still best friends. "So, what do you want to do this weekend? Go to the mall?" Emily asked one night on the phone.

"I don't care I'm at my dad's house this weekend so I'll have to talk to him, but probably." I replied, with a little bit of enthusiasm. A week had gone by since the "incident" at lunch, Luke hasn't talked with us, sat with us at lunch, or forgave us, yet.

I can't believe that I actually went on a date with that jerk, he has already had three girlfriends in the past week. I never would have said this before he asked me out, but he is a player, a hot player, like most other players.

In other news, a new girl came to our school, in our grade. Her name is Elizabeth. As a matter of fact, she is going to come to my dad's house with me this weekend. I need to see if she wants to go the mall with Emily, Amanda, and I. I can tell there is something off about her but I can't tell what quite yet.

Amanda,Emily,Liz, and I are at the mall, we went to a few stores, and now we are getting some lunch. "Guys, I have something to tell you." Liz says once we had our food and sat down. we exchange a chorus of okays, and Elizabeth says, "Well, I know we haven't known each other long, but I feel like I can trust you. I take drugs and I need help trying to get off of them.

What just happened?
