"Allie...Oh my god." Ashley murmered, looking over at me while she was driving. I was a mess. My eyes were all red and it looked like I have been punched in my face. My mascara was running and all the eyeliner was smudged. I looked like a dead racoon.
"You know what? You can stay over at my place tonight and we can eat ice cream and watch movies all night. And then we can go out tomorrow and buy you some nice clothes...What do you think?"
I could tell Ashley was trying to help, so I decided to just go along with it. She is a very stubborn person.
"Alright...Just promise you won't tell anyone this happened?" I asked, sitting up into a regular position in the passenger seat.
Ashley bit her lip. "Pretty much all of the school was there tonight..."
Crap. I forot about that. I bet it's already all over Youtube titled as Crazy girl runs off stage crying at Jake Woods concert.
Ashley took one hand off the wheel and put it on my back. "It's going to all blow over before you know it. It'll all-"
She got cut off by my phone ringing. I quickly answered it. "Hello?"
"Yeah, hi. Is Jake Woods there?"
My eyes popped open. "J-jake Woods?"
The person on the phone sounded annoyed. "Yeah, him. Now give the phone to him."
Ashley looked confused. I shrieked as I ended the call and threw the phone on the ground.
"THAT'S NOT MY PHONE!" I screamed, trying to breathe more slowly. It felt like my heart was going to burst out my chest.
Ashley rolled her eyes. "Allie, that's your phone. God, are you really that crazy you don't even know if it's your phone or not."
I quickly shook my head. "NO, it's Jake Woods."
Ashley's eyes widened. She swerved over to the side of the road and parked. She bent over and picked up my phone. Well, Jake Wood's phone.
She scrolled through the contacts. "Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Emma Watson? How the heck do you have these people, Allie?"
"I don't! I'm telling you, it's Jake Wood's phone, not mine!" I leaned over and stared at the phone.
"We have to drive back and give it to him." Ashley said, ready to turn on the car. I smacked her hand away.
"We can't go back, just after what happened. Plus we can't drive back, we are almost home. Let's just text my phone, and we can arrange a little switch-a-roo. Please?" I said, making my eyes wide and pouting.
Ashley rolled her eyes and laughed. "You always do that. Fine. But hurry up and text him." She started the car and drove down the street.
I opened up a new message and typed in my phone number.
A: hi, it's Allie...I think you have my phone.
J: Crap! You have mine. Sorry about that.
A: When do you think we can switch back?
J: Well I'm kinda in Arizona right now...
What!? Arizona!?
A: Are you serious??? When will I get my phone back???
J: I don't know...When I come back to LA?
A: Ok. When will that be?
J: In September
A: But that's next month!!!!!
J: Well I'm gonna be in Arizona tomorrow, then I go to Utah, then to Texas.
A: Ugh. Looks like I'm stuck with your phone for a while.
J: yup. Gotta go to bed now, I had a long day. Don't worry though, I'll take good care of your phone.
A: Yours too. Night Jake.
J: Night Allie.
