Diamond's POV
I was talking with Kim when the gunshot came and Chris fell to the ground. I screamed. A pool of blood started forming around him. Niko called an ambulance. He went unconscious. Paramedics took him away. I called Terrel to meet me at the hospital.

I sat in the waiting room. Kim rocked me back and forth. Niko sat there biting his fingers. Terrel walked in," What happened?"

"Chris got shot," I cried.

"You mean your ex Chris," Jewel ran in beside Terrel with the kids. Sonya walked by her and plopped her self on a chair.

"Wait Chris is your ex," Kim gasped.

"Yes but we only dated for a little I mean we did grow up together," I replied.

"Wow," Kim laughed. Terrel sat down. I sat on his lap he hugged me. Jewel sat down rocking the twins. Shante and Danielle took in their surroundings. I was the first to stand up when the doctor came towards us. He came to us looking at us nodding.

"He's in ICU but he'll be out soon we hooked him up to a lot of tubing but he's doing fine we've stopped the internal bleeding so right now we're just waiting," Dr.Chang said.

"Thank you sir," I smiled. I sat back down with Terrel. I ended up falling asleep. I woke up in the morning in the waiting room by myself. Everyone had left well except for Kim. She walked over to me drinking a coffee.

"Oh your awake you want some coffee," she asked.

"No," I scoffed. "How's Chris?"

"He's hanging on there he's in pretty bad shape though," she replied.

"Kimberly," a man said behind us.

"What do you want now Tim," she sighed.

"I'm your brother show me some respect," Tim sighed.

"Sorry what do you want brother," Kim asked.

"You talk to Drey lately," he asked.

"No they won't let me see him till tomorrow after that blow up I caused last week," she asked.

"Oh," he said trailing off.

"Why," she asked.

"They're going to pull the cord if he doesn't pull through in a week," Tim said.

"What they can't do that to my little brother," she said.

"Let me smell your breath."

"What no!"

"Yes Kimberly."

"Stop calling me that!"

"Then let me smell."

"Fine," she blew towards him.

"Have you been smoking," he asked.

"Yes but I promise I'll stop," she said.

"Kimberly you need to stop for the sake of Drey," he sighed.

"I will I promise," she said.

"Give me the pack and tell where the rest of the packs are," he said.

"Fine they're in my hall closet on the top shelf under my underwear," she said.

"Thank you," he said taking the cigarette pack away from her.

"Sure no problem," she muttered. I laughed. She rolled her eyes.

"Are we going to stay in this hospital all day or are we going to go do things," Kim laughed.
