What Are Friends For??

Cayla and I sat there and hugged for the longest time. It felt good to get that off of my chest. Believe me it was eating at me for the longest time. And it was comforting to know that somebody is there to talk to if I need it. "Thank you, Cayla for everything you do for me. I don't know what I'd do without you." I whispered into Cayla's ears.
"Your welcome Shelby, I have no clue how my life would be if we weren't friends. I'm always here for you Shelbs, that's what friends are for silly." She responded.
We stopped the hugging, dried our eyes, and both smiled at each other.
"Well, I can't go back to sleep now, wanna watch a movie on Hulu?" I asked Cayla.
"Why not" Cayla said
I rolled off my bed and got my laptop off my desk. Opened up Hulu, and put on a movie, we decided to watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Cayla fell asleep on my shoulder and her head was getting heavy. "Cayla"
"Hmm"
"Come on let's get to bed"
"okay." Cayla layed her head on the pillow and was out. I turned off the laptop, put it on my nightstand and turned on my phone. I decided to text Oliver. "Hey Oli, I need to talk to you tomorrow, you think you could come over later on?" Sent.
"Hey beauty, first off, Whatcha doin up so late? And secondly, yes I'll be over later. Now get to bed. I love you. 😚😍❤"
"Ok I'll see u later. Oh fyi, I couldn't sleep. But I'll try to just for you. Love u to. Ttyl. 😙❤"
I put my phone under my pillow and drifted to sleep. Thinking about how Oliver would react to my story. I hope he doesn't get mad. I don't wanna lose him again...."
