Who could that have been?

Who would want to take her away from me and who would have wanted to hurt her?

I dont get it. Sienna was a quite and shy girl when I noticed her at school. She couldn't have ticked anyone off.

Maybe it's one of the people I ticked off. Who had I ticked off in the past years to make them risk Sienna's life?

"Who have we pissed off recently?" I asked out load to Bret.

"Um. No one we have been to busy."

"Yeah but there has to be someone Who got mad at is lately."

"There's Ryan?" Bret said

"Shit! How could I forget about him!"

"Hey it could be someone in Sienna's side also" Bret said.

"No! This was something Ryan is capable of" I said. "I'm gonna go kill the bastard"

"No. What if it wasn't him?" he asked.

"It had to be him. There is no one in the last year that's a guy who got mad at me or at Sienna other than Ryan. He has attacked her before do it makes perfect since."

"Just don't rush into attack." Bret stated as a nurse came over.

"Are you two here for Sienna?" She asked. I stood up quickly as I nodded my head.

"Is she okay? Can I see her?" I asked.

"Well Sweetie I think you should sit down" She said. I felt all the air leave me as what she said kicked in.

"No" I whispered as I shook my head. She cant be gone. No she cant be. She has to make it.

"Ok well Sienna is in a severe state as you know with all her conditions. You also know that we took her in for Surgery. She lost a lot more blood. The surgeon's lost her on the table from the lack of blood her body had needed and lost during surgery. " No. No just NO. " But luckily they where able to bring her back and replace most of the blood that had been lost so everything in surgery went well for her. It was a successful transplant and the only thing the doctors are worried about is her lungs, her head, and anemia." I sighed and sank into the chair behind me. So she is ok well as ok as she is going to get right now.

"Can we see her?" I asked as I looked up at her with wide eyes. Please say yes.

"Yes you may. She is right down the hall. Room 234" She stated with a soft smile as she pointed to the left hallway. I nodded and eagerly got up ready to go see my baby.

"Are you coming Bret?" I asked as I looked back him.

"No ill wait. So I can talk to her parents" He said as he shooed me off. I nodded not really caring as I rushed  down the hallway to room 234. I stepped in only to see Sienna's unconscious body.

Disappointment raced through me as I once again took in her injury's.
