Chapter 10

As soon as I told Grace that Michael was coming she asked if I knew if Ashton was coming too.

"I don't know. He didn't say, but I'm guessing probably not." I answered sitting on the sink counter again. Grace rolled her eyes before sitting down next to me.

"Hey Sophie?" Grace asked.

"Yeah?"

"Do you think the others are confused as to why we've been gone for so long?" She asked smiling.

"Probably." I laughed. "They're probably really confused right now." We both laughed.

We sat there in silence for a few seconds before I jumped off the sink and started walking towards the door.

"Sophie where are you going?" Grace asked from behind, following me.

"Well Michael's going to be here soon and we're in the girl's bathroom. Michael's obviously a boy so he can't come in here meaning we should probably wait for him in the lobby or something." I said, still walking. 

Grace and I walked out of the bathroom and into the hallway. The bathroom that we were in wasn't in the lobby, instead it was in the hallway that you go down to get to the theater that the movie that you're watching is in.

"Okay. So we're waiting for him in the lobby?" Grace asked moving to walk beside me instead of behind.

"Yeah. It's either that or outside and while I do enjoy being outside, I don't want to be out there at 10:00 at night when I'm pretty sure that I'm being followed by a creep." I said and Grace nodded her head in agreement.

We were walking to the lobby when I felt someone grab my wrist turning me around to face them. I looked up and saw it was Travis. I yanked my wrist out of his grasp and went to walk away with Grace when he started following me and saying my name. I decided that maybe if I just listened to what he has to say maybe he'll just go away, so I turned around and glared at him.

"What do you want?" I asked him angrily.

"Nothing. I just wanted to let you know that I can always find you. That's why I'm here." Travis said smiling creepily.

"Okay because that's not creepy at all or anything." I said starting to turn back around again.

"Look I'm not going to take you yet. I'm just showing you that you're mine." He still had that creepy smile on his face.

I turned around and walked away from him. I don't care if he said he wasn't going to do anything right now. I was walking away when I heard him shout one last thing.

"Don't forget Sophie you're mine!"

Grace and I walked into the lobby and sat down a little freaked out from what had just happened.

We were still waiting for Michael to arrive, so I looked around the lobby. At the front of the lobby were two counters where you buy your tickets and snacks and drinks if you want. Then next to that there were the places where you can put seasoning on your popcorn and napkins and straws and things like that. Then next to that were two pop machines to fill up your drinks. At the back of the lobby there were a few arcade games that some teens were playing. The lobby was pretty crowded tonight which makes sense since it's a Friday night.

"Ugh. How long has it been?" Grace complained. Patience is something that Grace doesn't have very much of.

"Um... around four minutes." I said glancing at the clock on the wall. "Grace if you want to go back to the movie you can. You don't have to wait with me." I said feeling bad that Grace was missing part of the movie because of me.
