Chapter 8: Froyo

Dove's POV

We got to the froyo store and for those who don't know I ABSOLUTELY love frozen yogurt! I looked around at all the different flavor a and I ended up getting cake batter and some chocolate I then went over and got some oreo crumbles, m&ms and those sour worms. I was on my way to pay when Ryan caught up to me with his froyo and he ended up paying for both of ours even though I did not want home too. We both went over and sat at a table for two and just talked laughed and just had a had a great time over all!

Ryan's POV

We just arrived at the froyo store and I ended up getting triple chocolate and I ended up adding some chocolate syrup on top and when I turned around I noticed Dove heading to the counter to pay so I quickly jogged up behind her before she could and after about 10 or so minutes I ended up paying which is what I planned on doing being the gentleman I am. We ended up talking and laughing and I did not want this night to end and I had a big surprise for her but to do it we had to head to the beach so I decided to ask her.

"Hey...um Dove I was wondering if you wanted to head to the beach for a little bit after we finish eating"?

"I would love to Ryan"!

At the beach

We just arrived at the beach and I layed out a blanket that I had on my car on the sand we both say and talked and even went in the shallow part of the ocean by the sand and played but I decided now was the time. I pulled Dove out of the water brought her back to the blanket where I just happened to have candles lit them and did what I wanted to do for a while.

"Dove, I have liked you now for a while and I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend"?

She just looked at me shocked for a while I did not know what to expect next.

"YES! Ryan I would love to be your girlfriend"!

I was so relieved when she said that after a while there I thought she was going to say no.

Dove's POV

Ryan just asked me if I wanted to be his girlfriend I was so shocked and surprised that I guess I did not say anything for a while because the look on his face looked nervous and scared and then and there I responded with a yes. The rest of the evening we cuddled talked and watched the sunset over the water and listened to the waves before it was time for home to drop me back of at home. I could not have asked for a better night!

Sorry it took so long to update and that it is short but I have been busy getting ready for school to start which is sadly tomorrow for me, but I did want to update for y'all before then. I hoped you like this chapter and any ideas for the next chapter I was thinking about making it a few days later on like their first date or something and if you guys like that idea where would you like the date to be?
