Shikamaru x Reader

The Akatsuki...

"Kiba take front, Shino take back, Sakura your after Kiba and I'm before Shino." Says Shikamaru.

"Uh Shikamaru... I don't want to be a mutt, but.... shouldn't we split up into two teams and search for clues for (y/n)?" Says Kiba awkwardly.

"Oh, that's right. I'm sorry, I can't think straight." Says Shikamaru rubbing his forehead.

"My insects have found something." Says Shino as his bugs bring back some teared cloth.

"That's a piece from (y/n)'s favorite sweater." Says Shikamaru.

"Akamaru, can you sniff her out with this piece of cloth." Asks Kiba as Shino hands the cloth to Kiba to hand it to Akamaru.

"Ruff!" Replies Akamaru as he sniffs the piece of cloth and darts away in a direction.

"Well looks like we'll need Shikamaru's formation after all. " Says Sakura as the Rescue Team follows Akamaru in the formation Shikamaru came up with.

*Meantime at The Hidden Leaf Village*

"Okay, I think Naruto and Hinata should scout the left and Sasuke and I will scout the right." Says Neji. Everyone nods in agreement.

Naruto's P.O.V.

"Well let's go!" I yell as I grab Hinata's hand and we dart along the left side of The Hidden Leaf Village.

"Nar-Naruto! Sl-slow down!" Says Hinata.

Neji's P.O.V.

"Nar-Naruto! Sl-slow down!" I hear Hinata stutter.

"Naruto! You better keep Hinata safe!" I yell irritated.

"Idiot." Scoffs Sasuke as he and I start to scout out the right side of The Hidden Leaf Village.

No one's P.O.V.

"Byakugan." Says Hinata and Neji at the same time at different places.

Neji's P.O.V.

"Sasuke, I see company." I say as Sasuke and I stop in our tracks and watch the enemy. It was a man in all black. We watched him move a rock to reveal a hole.

"Neji." Whispers Sasuke.

"What." I reply.

"That's behind (y/n)'s house." Says Sasuke.

"Let's move in." I suggest. Sasuke nods and we jump this guy.

Hinata's P.O.V.

I see a man in black revealing a secret hiding spot.

"Naruto, there's a man in black breaking in." I whisper.

"WHA-" Yells Naruto but I cover his mouth before anyone can hear. I must not faint.

"Shh, if he finds out we're here then he may attack." I whisper.

"Hm." Says Naruto. "Let's go." Naruto and I move in. Naruto threw a Kunai at the man and it was a Clone.

"Naruto, we're not alone." I say looking around my surroundings.

"Hinata!" Yells Naruto. I turn around and the man was coming after me. I was too slow to react. I was waiting for his Kunai to pierce through my skin. Suddenly Naruto-Kun stepped in front of me and took the blow. He punched the guy, which knocked him out, and pulled out the Kunai from his arm.

"Naruto."I say with concern. "Why?" I start to wrap up his arm.

"Because, I want to protect you Hinata. You're one of my best friends." Smiles Naruto. I can't help it anymore, I fainted.

Naruto's P.O.V.

Hinata faints and I caught her. What's wrong with her? (Naruto's dense like always XD)

I carry Hinata and drag the dude to the Hokage's Office. I realized that the hole wasn't too far from The Hokage's Building. When I was in the hallway heading to Grandma Tsunade I saw Sasuke and Neji carrying another guy.

"So, you caught one too?" I ask chuckling a little.

"What happened to Hinata!" Yells Neji.

"Relax, she just randomly fainted after I told her the reason why I saved her." Says Naruto.

"What did you say?" Asks Neji glaring at Naruto.

"That I want to protect her. She's one of my best friends." I say as we head in to see Grandma Tsunade.

"Okay." Replies Neji a little calmer.

"Grandma Tsunade, we found two secret places that leads into the village. These bozos we're caught." I say as Neji and I  throw the bozos in front of Grandma Tsunade.

"Kakashi, you know what to do." Says Grandma Tsunade. Kakashi takes the two men and lays them upon the wall. They start to awaken.

"Hello!" Yells Kakashi as he gets in their faces. They were frightened and screamed.

No one's P.O.V.

"Who sent you here?!" Exclaims Naruto clenching his teeth.

"We won't say!" Says the man that Naruto caught.

"Remember me? You're the one who almost hurt Hinata!" Yells the angry Naruto.

"I-I-I'm sorry." Stutters the man that Naruto caught.

"Sorry? That's not going to cut it!" Yells Naruto clenching his fists.

"Naruto." Sternly says Lady Tsunade signaling him to shut up. Naruto backed down but was still angry.

"Now, tell us, who are you working with?" Says Kakashi.

"Pfft, like we'll tell you." Says the guy that Neji caught.

"Excuse m-me. Can you pl-please tell us where (y/n) is?" Asks the recovered Hinata politely.

"Come closer and I'll say where." Says the guy that Naruto caught. Hinata got closer to the guy and guess what he did. The unspeakable...... He.....he touched her Boob like a noob..... Boy was Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji pissed. (Mostly Naruto and Neji. XD)

"Ah!" Yelps Hinata as she backs up and falls backwards.

"WHAT THE HELL!" Screams Naruto and Neji as they both punch the guy Naruto caught and knocked him out.

"Alright if you don't want to end up like your buddy over there then tell us where the hell (y/n) is and who you're working for!" Yells Sasuke as he picks the guy that he and Neji caught up by his shirt.

"Th-The Ak-Akat-Akatsuki...." Stutters the man Sasuke and Neji caught. "I don't know where their hideout is." Sasuke drops the man and everyone is shocked.

"The Akatsuki..." Repeats Naruto.
