While you go away.
Doing something important.
But I understand.
That you have no time for me.
For you to be happy.
Is the thing ill give.
But at my own price?
Fine, I'll live.
Broken with tape merely holding me.
I'll sit broken instead.
For you to be happy.
To deal with your life.
To leave me alone.
To let me die off.
It's easier anyways.
To let you be.
To let you stay away.
From the horrors haunting me.
And let me cry.
To give the best for you.
Your smile on your face.
I want no more.
No one to hear.
No one to speak.
Than die not.
Looking at you.
Confused and Ashamed.
Hanging out with the wrong people.
Causes you to fall.
But I'm upset anyways.
And I should look up the ladder.
For I know.
If I look down the ladder.
I will surely fall.
And I see you smile,
I see you laugh,
But i'm on the side.
