Someone new in London has claimed the title Phil Lester let slip away from his grasps, but this time, they call him the Dark Devil. With a claim of destroying the world for no reason other than to clear the sins from it, the Dark Devil leaves nothing more than corpses and debris behind him.
Phil takes this time to come from his retirement, to dust off his red helmet and return to the game, but he should have realized that he always would pay the price for joining back up. He's forced to come to terms with mortality, with vulnerability, and he's not sure he can handle the losses that come with being a vigilante again.
But he may have to face the most terrible price of all; the realization he just can't save everyone.
