River Wittle found out a very important thing in second year.River Wittle found out she liked girls. But she wasn't supposed to like girls, she was supposed to like boys, because girls are supposed to like boys.
River Wittle wasn't supposed to like a certain Gryffindor girl, she was supposed to like a boy.
But here she was in third year, walking down the corridor with a white rose in her hand, to secretly give to this girl. She was going to secretly do it, because this girl liked boys, like all the other girls.
The Hufflepuff finally stopped walking when she got to the portrait of the fruit bowl. Tickling the pear like Zola instructed her to, she was instantly relieved when the school's kitchens were revealed, glad that she didn't do something wrong. She always forgots simple instructions. She walked into the room, and she quietly walked over to a house-elf. She whispered something in the elf's large ear. The elf quickly nodded, and River handed the rose to the elf, by the name of 'Zooby' with a small smile.
River quickly walked out, and was jogging down the corridor once more. She was trying to think of an excuse for why she was fifteen minutes late for Transfiguration, because McGonagall certainly wasn't going to take 'secretly giving a rose to a girl' for an answer.

*DISCLAIMER: Despite me absolutely loving the Harry Potter series, I do not remember every single detail from the books. While writing these, there may be some parts from the movies as I will be watching those before I start each year. Right now it takes place in the Prisoner of Azkaban. I also do not own the Harry Potter series as much as I want to, all rights to J.K Rowling. I only own River, Zooby, Zola, and Ben, or anyone else you do not recognize.*
