I have seen people, I have seen the world,
I saw broken hearts and feelings unfurl.
But none of this was as beautiful as you,
When you left me you took away my joy too.
As soon as you went, my heart I no more fought,
I cried all day and there was one lie I said alot.
You ask me why? Because you were my life line,
And what lie? It's called, 'I'm doing fine'.
