A tiny tale

Once upon a time there lived a girl,
Full of aspirations and wishes, least did she expect her world to swirl.
Because then there came this guy, her heart he won,
She lost herself in him, he was brighter than the sun.
She loved him as much as the blind love sight,
As much as the mountains love the heights.
But little did she know her only crush,
Would use her to paint his canvas and leave her lying like some unused brush.
He threw her away like some trash,
On a hard stone her heart  had crashed.
And this little tale today still hurts her to her core,
But she can't tell anyone, she doesn't want that pity anymore.
Yes she has a story to tell,
But hiding is one thing she does very well.
