The leg less slave (Shadilver)

Ch.22

Normal POV

Shadow is sitting on his bed looking out of his window, although his eyes were looking outside but his wasn't looking. He was thinking about what just happened. Suddenly a knock, he said "Come in!". A white bat came in, it was Princess Rouge. She walk next to Shadow and put her arms around his shoulders.

"My my my! You seem like in a bad mood!" She said. Shadow want to call her shut up and leave him alone but she cut it "It about the leg less slave right?" Shadow immediately stand up and turn to her "How did you know?!". Rouge complain " Geez! Keep your volume down! Do you want to hurt my ears!" Shadow calm down a little and listen to her. "It obviously that you two shout super loud and even in the next wall can hear! Especially I am a BAT !!!!!!" Shadow turn away, for once he feel sorry for her cause this was really his fault. However he is still angry about what just happen and Rouge. "What do you want?" He ask. "The question should be 'What do you want?' ." Rouge said. Shadow glanced Rouge "I can hear that there is some problems between you two and it about me, perhaps I can solve it." She said. "You can?" Shadow asked. "Don't you worry, everything will be fine my future King." Rouge answer and bow a little for the politeness.

Rouge slowly walk out Shadow's room, Shadow look at her straightly and a bit didn't trust her but he decided to give it a shot, perhaps she wasn't as greedy as he thought.

"The rain girl look at the boy who stepped over the kite that she made for him and kiss the other girl's front head. He smile to that girl, that smile was suppose only belong to her, but now... It all take away by that girl... The touch of him, the smile of him, the kiss of him... It all gone... It will never come back... The rain girl want to cry but she can't, her spell had broken because the boy didn't like her anymore. Her body slowly turn into rain like the other rain drop on the floor. The last thing she can see was the boy holding that girl's hand and walk away... Far way from her---"

Silver throw the book away, and book hit the floor hardly. He keep sobbing and crying, he doesn't know how he feel now. He feel angry,sad,hesitate,lonely...and Pain.

He try to wipe away the tear that on his face, but the tear come again and it won't stop. He panting because of the tiredness crying. The book that he throw away is "The Rain of Love", the book that Shadow buy for him, the book that he loves so much. But now, he can't feel the love, he even hate it.

"All it a lie... All it a LIE!!!!!!!" Silver shout. Suddenly a knock that shock Silver a little. He try to calm himself down and said "Com-come in." Silver's voice trembling and it sounds deeper and broken. The one who come in it was Princess Rouge. Rouge come in and pretend shocked, but Silver ignore about that he doesn't want to care about these thing. Rouge sit on Silver's bed next to him. "Oh my dear! What happens to you?!" She take out a handkerchief and wipe away some tear on Silver's face. Although Silver was still sad and a bit angry of the Princess, but he doesn't want to put the blame on the Princess like Shadow did. Beside she did help a lot for them, like save their kingdom and rebuild the castle. So he decided to put away the pain first "Thank you Princess." Silver try to smile but it barely can see. "I came here because I heard you and Prince Shadow have some arguments of me." Rouge started. Silver's face immediately turn to frustrate, he feel really sorry about. "Ple-please, my Princess, forgive my---" "Oh~ Silver don't you worry about that! I just want to solve the problem!" Rouge cut his sentence. "Huh?!" Silver was shocked, he thought the Princess will scold him by that but instead she even help him, he was shocked by that. "But I---" Silver still want to say something but Rouge stop him again "Now Silver, why don't you go make some dessert for us, let us have a small chat and relax a bit, I heard your mother can make delicious dessert! I think you can do that too! What do you say?" Rouge smile at him. Silver look at Rouge a few seconds and he finally nodded. Rouge calls one of her maid to send Silver to the kitchen. Silver keep look at her amused till the door close.

After the door close, Rouge show a evil,cold smile. "Step 2 done." She said.

After a while the maid and Silver back with some some dessert. Rouge happily said "Wow! Silver you do have your mother skill! They look really delicious and beautiful!" Silver look down a little with a blush on his face. "Tha-thank..." He shyly said. Then Rouge suddenly scowl "However dear... Look at your face! It all dirty!" She point at Silver face. It true Silver do have some cream on his face, Silver try to wipe away the cream but Rouge stop him and suggested "Why don't you just go to the washroom and wash your face, it more clean." Silver think a second and agreed her "okay." He gives her a smile and the maid push the wheelchair and take Silver to the washroom.

Rouge look at the dessert and said "What a pretty dessert that make by a cutie sweet guy, just think about the smile of his, I'm pretty sure a lot of people wish to have him, but..." She takes out a small glasses bottom with a skeleton on it "I would love to see more tear than that pathetic smile!" Rouge show the most insidious smile and said " Don't worry Prince Shadow, soon the problem will solve it! Ha ha ha ha ha ha..."
