The Betrayal

Josh was taken away the next day, because someone had known he killed that robber. But, who was it? 

Josh sat in a jail cell, until he would be transferred to prison. The guards said he had a visitor, and walked him to where the phones were. He saw Tyler sitting there, crying. He quickly answered, and whispered. "What's wrong?" 
Tyler just looked into Josh's eyes, and chuckled. "I know who put you in here..." He went right back to a frown. "It was me...I couldn't handle it!" Tyler shouted, making Josh close his eyes.
"W-Why?" Josh was starting to cry. "He was robbing me! It was my only self defense! You understand?!?" The guards pulled Josh away from the window since he was banging on it, and you could hear crying, and screaming, until it stopped. The guard who dragged him away, came back and looked at Tyler. He shook his head, and put the phone on its rack. Josh was gone that quick.
