     “Hopeless!!”, Chris yelled in frustration.

     “B-but, sir…”, his worker stammered.

“You told me that adding extra endorphins to the LSD will work!”, Chris roared. “Who’s going to buy the drug that’ll waste them with only a hundred grams in their system?! Tell me!!”

“I…I’m sorry”, his worker stuttered. “I’ll try better”, the worker promised.

“Oh no. There isn’t going to be a next time for you”, Chris said as he loaded his gun. “See, our guinea pig?”, Chris pointed to a frail looking man who died from an overdose, ” He’s wasted. So, you will pay for his life with yours.” Chris pointed his gun to his worker’s head.

“Wait!! I can go back and see what went wrong!! I can-“

Chris pulled the trigger and silenced him forever.

Fuming, he sat down beside Chelsea, a girl in the syndicate who had a huge crush on him.

“Chris, I don’t get it”, Chelsea said. “Why don’t you just give up on this drug thing? It has been going on for about a decade and it still doesn’t work out.”

“That’s because you’re so pessimistic about this idea and I told you, my father wanted this project successful, so I will make it happen. He also wanted our rival to be burnt to the ground and I shall fulfill that also.” Chris said confidently.

“I know you will”, Chelsea batted her eyelids as she placed her hand on his chest.

“Will you stop that?” Chris recoiled at her reaction and pushed her hand away. “Go  away and make yourself useful”

     “But, why?”, Chelsea asked.

“It’s private”, Chris gritted his teeth.

“Fine but what about the Gold Phoenix gang? We could take them out easily, there are so few of them”, Chelsea started a new topic.

“Don’t underestimate them. They have extreme weapon skills and they don’t give up”

“Skills better than Black? I’d doubt that.”

“Black only escaped narrowly. If she hadn’t jumped away, she would have been shot. Though it was a good plan to steal the patrol guard’s ammo for the job. The police are now on our side.”

“I heard my name”, an eye-catching, stunningly beautiful sexy lady walked in.

She was every man’s dream mate, curves on her body at the exact right place, the classic hourglass body. With her long legs, she could stun almost every man that walks past her and her chestnut brown hair was a perfect contrast with her skin which was as white, as perfect and as delicate as porcelain. She had high cheekbones, full lips and when she smiled, dimples will appear at both sides of her cheeks. Her dashing electric blue eyes could send a spark through any men’s body when she looked at them and…

“Well boss?”, she said, jarring Chris from his thoughts. “What’s up?”

“He didn’t call you, we were just talking about your narrow escape from the safe house where you murdered the couple”, Chelsea said with displease as she scanned her bodacious physique and involuntarily began comparing it with hers.

“Zafeera”, Chris’s voice suddenly turned hoarse. “I thought I told you to practice.”

“I’m bored of practicing”, Zafeera complained. “I want some real action again and your two goons won’t stop leaving me alone. When are we going to take on our rival?”
