Chapter 9

*Continuing from the last chapter*

Emma's Pov

"He's my son" I whisper to myself. I watch her walk away. I sigh as I turn and only to come face to face with another blonde.

"Uh hello?" I say cautiously.

She shakes her head "Are you Emma?" She asks me and I just look blatantly confused at her.

"Yah. Who's asking?" I ask. Before she replies I feel her hand meet the right side of my cheek as she slaps me. "That's for breaking my best friends heart" she says furiously.

"Uh who are you?" I ask again even more confused as I hold my right cheek.

"Oh that's right I'm Kathryn Nolan. I'm best friends with Regina" she says blatantly.

Oh. The realisation finally hitting me. She's Regina's best friend. Of course she is. She breaks me from my thoughts. "How could you?" She says. "How could lie to her? How could you break her heart?" She continues.

"But I never lied" I whisper. "She just never let me explain" I continue whispering while wiping away my tears. Just as I was about to continue I felt someone small run into my legs. "Mama?" He whispers. "Why you sad?" He continues and sniffle shaking my head. "Mamas fine baby." I say reassuringly.

I look over towards Kathryn who looks just as confused. I take a deep breathe. "Kathryn, This is Henry. He's my son"

She stands the shell shocked until we both turn to the sound of a shattering glass, only to find the brunette looking just as shocked..
