Maxx Chapter 3

Maxx's POV

'So! So! You know what jackass! I'm gonna show you what! I'm gonna kill you!' I said.

'Calm down.' Andy said.

'Calm down?! How the hell am I suposse to calm down when he almost hurt Nicole!' I yelled.

'Do we actually have feelings for her?' he asked.

'I don't know. Do we?' I asked nerveously.

'I think so.' he said. 'I think I actually wanna tell her the truth abut her parents.'

     Suddenly she was pulled foward almost making her fall again. I looked up to see Jack pulling her foward.

"Let her go!" growled.

"Or you'll do what?"

"I'll kill you." I spat.

     Wow I didn't know I had feelings for Nicole. Let alone know that they were this strong If looks could kill he would've been dead 10 seconds ago.

"Fine." he said pushing her towards me. "But remember this. I always get what I want."

     I ignored him.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

"I'm fine." she said.

"Come on lets get you home."

"Wait."

"What?"

"I took Ethan's bike here. I can't just leave it here."

"I'll throw it in my trunk."

     Logan, Nicole, and I headed home.

"Nicole I wanted to tell you that your..."

     I looked over at her. She was sound asleep. She was curled up in the passanger seat with her head on her hands. We pulled into my driveway. I carried Nicole into her house bridial style, while Logan put Ethan's bike in the garage.
     I walked into the house.

"Asher stop throwing up everything you eat. I'm sick and tired of cooking you food then cleaning it up five minutes later." some guy said.

"Well I'm sorry Christopher if me beening sick gets on your nerves. DEAL WITH IT!" Asher yelled.

     Christopher was about to say something when he spotted me.

"What are you doing with our little sister?" he asked.

"I was just bringing her home. She fell asleep on my couch." I lied. "Where's her room?"

"Why?"

"So I can go put her in her bed."

"First door on the left." Ethan said coming out of nowhere.

     Christopher gave me an 'I'm watchin' you' look. I walked upstairs with Nicole in my arms. I opened her door. It was an ordinary room. It was painted army green.
     Her bed was the same. I wrapped her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist. I pulled her blanket back and laid her on the bed. I puled the blanket on her and left out.

Nicole's POV

     I woke up in my bed. How did I get here? The last thing I remember is falling asleep in Maxx's car. He must've of carried me to my room. We had been given today off because of the bad weahter.
     It was raining, thundering, and lighting outside. I was still confused about what heard. Why did they want me? What did I have to do with anything? I had to ask Maxx when I got the chance.
     I went downstairs to enjoy my day with my brothers. Asher was better. Turns out it was just a 24 hour bug. We were all sitting around watching tv when there was a knock on the door.
