As I got ready to go escort Lucy to her party I was worried if I was too mean to her and if she hates me or not ,the party was blue and silver theme so I got a silver tux with a blue tie that matches my eyes and I ruffled my black hair before leaving to pick up Lucy from her room, when I enter her room and I was shocked she was gorgeous her brown was curled with a silver flower pinned to it and her dress was light blue with a silver ribbon and her shoes matched her dress perfectly. But I couldn't tell her that so I just said let's go.

Cade was handsome in his suit but he seems angry so I decide not to tell him that, The party was a theme one so all the decorations were either silver or blue, my favorite color. I saw some people I recognize from school and I saw Riley who was wearing a short silver dress with her hair down in curls. She came up to me and hugged me she said " I can't believe you lived through losing your parents and being raised by strangers. She gave me a sad smile she was about to say something but she was cut off by a really tall man with glasses with blonde hair, He looked like he was in his fifties. He was Riley dad and Riley went dead silent when he came. "Hello, my name is Matthew but you might know me as Riley father" he offered his hand and I shook it but his smile was cold as ice. Before we could talk more Cade ask me to dance. "Why the Hell are you talking to him" he said angrily at me while we were dancing " He was nice and plus you can't control who I talk too" I say a bit too loudly so others heard me, I blushed and ran away to the garden.
