Undercover Orphan

Part 16

         Lucy POV

                   As I woke up I forgot it was Monday and I have school. My prep team dressed me in a simple plaid skirt and black blouse and my hair was curled but simple. I went to breakfast and found Cade sitting at the table alone. Where's mom and dad, I asked. " They went on a trip for a week" he said. Ok as I sat down for breakfast. After I finished I went to school. As I got to homeroom I saw Jake and sat next to him. "Hi, beautiful" he says happily. Hey Jake, before I got to my desk he kissed me. I was shocked and didn't know how to respond. After what felt like forever Jake finally notice I'm different today and I didn't like the kiss. "What's wrong Rose, Did I do something wrong?" No, umm I just feel a little sick so we shouldn't be kissing until next week. I hope he bought my excuse and he did.   He looked worried about me so I know he care and then the bell rang for homeroom.

After class I met up with Riley and tried to avoid Jake for the rest of the day. It worked and when I got home I saw Cade, he was sitting there reading a book, I tried to sneak past him to my room but he saw me " Are you avoiding me Rose"
Wait, did he call me rose he never called me Rose it was always Lucy.  No ...  um I was busy and I have homework I have to do so bye and then I left for my room.

                When I was in my room I saw a note on top of my laptop again and this time it said:

   Rose, your in a mess aren't you. Well whoever you choose I hope it isn't awkward when need the others help. And don't worry I don't kiss and tell.

                           -Unknown

          After I read it I decided to show Cade cause I was going to show him the first note by this "Unknown" person before he kissed me but he ran out of the room before I got the chance to tell him.

             I went to his room which is dark and blue and has a bed with blue and white covers on it and his room is neat and he has a desk with pictures and a lot of papers and he had an bathroom connected to his room. He also had weights in one corner where he was. Hey I said and surprised him. " Hey Lucy, why are you in my room?" Well... somebody's been leaving me notes and calling themselves unknown. At first he was expressionless and then he look angry. "Why didn't you tell me earlier" he almost yelled at me. I'm sorry but I was going to tell you before you kissed me I snapped back and threw the note at him and ran to my room.
