I stared at Kevin as he returned the favor. Our faces slapped with painful confusion, only to be snapped out of our trance by Rose sighing in relief. "Thank GOD that's over." she said still holding our hands together.
"Rose what's going on?!" Kevin asked, suddenly finding his voice.
"You guys creating a bond, that's what." She spat.
"How is slapping our hands together making a bond?" I asked confused.
"Well since you were going into heat early thanks to the cute pumpkin here. I had to act quick since your sensitive and end up making a bond with anyone like us just by accidently bumping into a power user who hasn't awaken or doesn't have a partner. And trust me, that could end in utter tragedy." Rosetta explained.
"But why me?" Kevin asked.
"Your the one that caused him to go into heat. And trust me, that is painful." She said.
"We should know, we just got over it." Rick pointed out making Rosetta blush and smack his arm.
"What?" I asked.
"Let's just say you'll most likely be an uncle." She pointed out blushing as she places a hand over midsection. "But don't let mom and dad know. We have to let it settle first."
