"Good match Didulica, thanks for the penalty." Jakob winks at me and laughs as he walks off.

"Yeah, well if only you had actually scored it Delgado... I mean its not like you had nooo players in your way," I sarcastically state.

He rolls his eyes and walks in the opposite direction. Bri stands next to me, and just stares at him.

"Why is he so gorgeous..."

"He is a dickhead Brianna." I turn towards her.

"But a cute dickhead," Bri laughs and smiles at me. She see's the straight look on my face and looks away quickly.

"You know what, lets go see the other girls." She changes the subject dragging me to where Kaia and Lucy stood. I smile and walk over to where Ethan is instead. 

"Miaaaaa can you pleaseeee do me a favour?" He looks at my with puppy dog eyes. I glare at him and change my expression to one, as if I was saying what... just with my face instead. He smiles and points over to Alyssa. I have always known about his massive crush on her, but I had always thought it was the cutest thing ever. 

The told me about how all the boys have been pressuring for him to ask her out but he is way to scared. 

"Just do it, she isn't scary!"

"You don't understand Mia. I am the most awkward person ever. She is the only girl I have ever liked and she probably doesn't even like me back. HOW ABOUT YOU SEE IF SHE LIKES ME," he looks me right in the eyes, "BE MY WINGMAN!" 

I agree to be his best wingman ever and slowly wander back over to where all the girls stood. I stand right next to Alyssa and rest my elbow on her shoulder. She looks at me and I just smile. 

"Hey Alyssa... do you like any of the boys from the team?"

".........no?"

"C'mon you can tell me, I will tell you who I like if you te-"

"AHAHAHA WHAT" Ellie cuts me off and just widens her eyes and just stares at me. 

"Yeah come on, us three girls should have a sleepover tonight and we can all talk about this kind of stuff." I smile at Ellie as if saying to her I will explain later.

Later that night, Ellie, Alyssa and I sat in my room as we talked about everything and anything. So I thought that maybe now that I believe she has come to open up to us and trust us more, I should ask her the question again. I propped my arms up onto a pillow which sat in front of me and smiled as Ellie finished telling us her embarrassing story from primary school.

"So Alyssa, who do you like?" I ask hoping that she replies with the answer I am waiting to hear. I glance at Ellie who I had explained the whole story too and she just nods. 

"Umm, well I think that Luke and Lachlan are cute but I'm sure they are too good for me anyways."

"Ohh is there anyone else?" Ellie asks in hope.

"Yeah like.. Ethan or someone!" I say as casually as I hope to.

She thinks about it for a second before shaking her head. My smiles fades a bit. I sit up cross legged and think to myself. Maybe we can help change that. I slowly step out of bed and reach for an old photo album of mine. There are so many old photos in here. A lot of Ethan, Ruby and I. Jakob even appears in some of the old ones of Ruby and I. 

I sit in-between Alyssa and Ellie and we all look throw the photos laughing and pointing out certain things we see in photos. Ellie and I always make sure we stop and take more time, on all the photos of Ethan. I sometimes even tell a story about something cute or funny he had done.

"Isn't he just cute," I say to Alyssa pointing to a photo of Ethan and I from last year in our soccer kits. 

Alyssa smiles, "Yeah I guess so."

I smirk and look at Ellie. Maybe tomorrow I should get Ethan to come up and talk to 'me' tomorrow when I am with Alyssa and I will introduce them properly and then happen go to the 'toilet'. Wow I'm such an amazing wingman thIS SHOULD BE MY JOB. 

I pack up the album and then I receive and message.

I smile and tell the girls to check their phones. We all just decide they will stay at my place until then and during the day we can go dress shopping and do our makeup and just have a girls day until the party begins. 

"Alright well I'm off to sleep, goodnight girls!" I say rolling over in bed and putting my phone now on the bedside table.

I finished putting my hair up in a high ponytail and us three girls jumped into the car to head off into town. My mum drove us down the block to the mall and just at that moment we all started jamming to 'Girls Talk Boys' by 5sos, we all jumped out of the car as it isn't that far.

"whY DO THE GOOD SONGS ALWAYS COME ON WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE DESTINATION, ITS SO UNFAIR," Ellie yells as she falls to the ground dramatically.

I just laugh and help her up off the cold, hard ground (t-swizzle don't sue me pls). We walk inside and decide the first place we should go is Edge. Just because they have some really cute but casual dresses. 

I want to dress up, but not too much. I want tonight to be the night that I stand out to Jakob for once. I take one deep, heavy breath. I wander around the shop and see a ready cute skin colour dress that has a slim tight fit and shows off every curve. I think this is the one I might get, because I know if I keep looking, it may get too out of hand. I decide to dress it up a bit more though with some cute accessories and nice black shoes that are red underneath. 

We walk out of the shop and head to the food court, as we turn the corner, I see the person I was least expecting to see here. My jaw drops... is he with another girl?
