"You guys didn't fuck did you?" Frank opens his eyes at Mikey's words. He shakes his head no, looking down to a naked Gerard under the covers.

"What time is it?" The brown haired boy asks, grabbing some sweats out of his suit case without getting out from under the covers.

"Eight. We have to be at the court at one this afternoon." Frank nods in understanding, motioning for Mikey to turn around as he dresses a still sleeping Gerard.

Gerard buttons up his black vest, smoothing out the white shirt underneath.

"You ready Gerard?!"

"Yeah ma! Where's Frankie, is he ready?"

"We're all waiting on you, kitten." Frank shoots back before Donna, his voice scratchy.

The cubby boy takes one more look at himself in the mirror before joining everyone else outside the bathroom. Gerard raises his hands sassily and Frank whistles for effect before walking out of the room. Mikey is obviously nervous, clutching his phone tight and talking into it in a rushed whisper.

The group piles into the car, Gerard sitting on Frank's lap again. The ride to the Supreme Court is long and the couple play chopsticks on the way to pass time, Gerard turning in Frank's lap for easier play.

Gee and Frank walk into the big room, looking around in awe at the high wooden ceiling. They follow the group as everyone sits in the same arrangement as the last time they did this. The big doors open and Mrs. Love walks in, carrying her trusty leather clipboard thing.

Frank waves to her as she goes to talk to his parents, scooting his chair closer to Gerard's. More people fill the seats around them.

"All rise." Everyone stands as nine men and woman fill the only un empty seats in the room. When they sit, everyone else does, sending the case straight into action.

The judge in the middle of the long table at the front speaks first.

"The prosecutor will have an half hour to make their case. Afterwords the defendant will make theirs, limited to an half hour as well. We will have a ten minute recess and the verdict will be announced. If no verdict is condemned, the case will be rescheduled back thirty four days. Proceed."

An younger man stands from the other table, not the same bouncy guy as before, Gerard notes.

"Hello," A lady to the side types into a computer frantically as he speaks. "today, I will prove to you not only why shifters need to be kept below humans but, why they are a threat to society themselves." Frank scoffs. The man turns, setting up the TV. The screen shows Frank going after Corse Collins, in the same grainy fashion as before.

History loops itself for about fifteen minutes, the other side's lawyer brings Frank and Gerard up, asking questions and getting nothing. Just like that last guy, for awhile, things seem to be looking up. That is, until he flips some pages in his tiny notebook and calls Gerard up again.

"Mr. Way, does your mate own you?" Gerard leans back carefully, thinking over his answer.

"In a way, yes." The young man smiles.
