"Sakine are you enjoying yourself?" I asked.
"Yeah but papà should help out a bit. But do you really have to be drinking wine in front of me? Sakine asked me.
"Look there's some wine but I had to add some sake to enhance the flavor. You know I'm a sake drinker."
"Well you did invent the Warehouse special or the Cardinal Plane." Sakine tells me.
"It was a good idea anyway, at least you get a sample of everything. Also I'm glad I'm going to have my first grandson but if your great grandmother would be alive to meet her great-great grandson she would be so proud of you."
"Yeah but at least he's going to be your first grandson and Meito is going to be an uncle, he wouldn't mind but they would just see each other as cousins since they are only 12 years apart." Sakine says.
"Right but what are you going to name your son?"
"Möiük and I agreed on Sami and his middle name that I picked for him was Ichirou." Sakine says.
"Right since he's your first son and then your second son's name is going to be Jirou."
"Serves as a reminder for Möiük on who's oldest or youngest."
Sakine has been planning for this child for a while ever since they were married. I wasn't ready for grandkids yet since I'm only 53 and her mother-in-law Käis is 48 already. Mike was excited to get his grandson as a Christmas present. It's currently Thanksgiving. Her due date was Christmas Eve but if there's complications it may be Christmas.
Anna and Kara were with their big brother Möiük who's sitting with them playing some Finish kid's game. The girls love him and I never guessed that Käis was going to be my sister-in-law. We like each other but at least Mike gets along with Aitök. But at least they love speaking German with each other. Meito is already getting popular and very well recognized in American Pop-culture.
"Okaasan I have an interview and I really want you to come with me." Meito says.
"When is it?" I asked.
"Next year in August. I really want you to come along with dad." Meito says.
"Doubt the media would know who I am."
"Maybe but when we do the interview it could boost my popularity and maybe I will be able to find my grandparents." Meito says.
"Who's grandparents are you talking about?"
"Your parent's okaasan." Meito says.
Meito and I talk a bit and we were hoping to find my parents. His thought of meeting my side of the family was possible but I don't even know where they went. They just left me and never came back. All I knew was that they were 21 years older than me so there is a slight chance they may still be alive. I had a feeling we may meet again before it's too late.
"Meiko help me with this pot." Michela shouts.
I walk toward the kitchen to help Michela pick up the other pot of pasta and bring it to the island. Despite being 48 she's extremely strong for her age. Her twin sons are grown up so much they are already 20, 8 years older than Meito. He's already has an interview which would take place on a weekend.
Mike and Meito are bonding and getting to know each other better. Meito was always a mommy's boy and still bonds with his father. I speak to mama and papà who are in the kitchen speaking to my relatives. Papà and mama are so proud that Mike and I have been married for at least 32 years. We set up our Thanksgiving party so we could fit everyone.
