George Weasley x Reader Pt. 1

It was the Battle of Hogwarts, and Fred Weasley just saved your life, by giving his up.

You were fighting a Death Eater and you sent him flying across the hall, he lays there unconscious. Then, you hear a crack, you get pushed out of the way and you see the brick wall fall. You go over to see who saved you and it was one of your best friends, Fred. You pulled his body out of the rubble and cried. You shook him, trying to wake him up, but you knew he was gone. You also knew his family would be broken-hearted when they find out he had...died.  You didn't want to be the one who told them, but you knew you were going to be.

You knew Voldemort left; for now, and so did his followers. You were still with Fred. Alone. You decide to take him to his family. You held onto him and apparted to the Great Hall, where they were.

You arrived and George rushed over to you. He saw Fred and looked at you; you didn't look at George because you knew what his expression was, and you started crying all over again. He came to your side and put his hands on yours.

"What happened, (Y/N)?" You calmed down enough to tell him.

"He... he saved my life. I'm sorry Georgie, he just pushed out of the way of the brick wall and-" he cut you off by crashing his soft, perfect lips onto yours. You sat there, kissing him. He pulled away and cupped your face with his ginormous hands.

"(Y/N), don't be sorry.  Freddie saved your life so I would have you.  It's definitely not going to be easy without him, but I have you to help me get through it.  I don't know what I would do if I had lost you.  I love you, (Y/Nn)!"  He wiped the tears off your face and pulled you into a hug.  Your arms were around him, being your support, and he had his wrapped his arms around you protectively. 

"I love you too, Georgie."  You said softly.  He pecked you on the lips and helped you stand up.  You saw his head bandages have almost fallen off, so you fixed them.  When done, he smiled and said

"Thanks, (Y/Nn)."  You smiled back. 

"Anytime."

The others finally came over and cried, including you and George.  You felt a little better, because you had George.
