I couldn’t say anything to that I was speechless. He had fought wars for me and I couldn’t even trust him enough to believe I was a vampire.
“Ever please don’t punish yourself for the choices I have made to protect you. I would hate for you to regret them because they were worth it I would do anything to keep you safe with me.”
“Why?”
“Because I love you”
“But you mustn’t love me at all not even a little bit.” I said flatly.
He chuckled to himself “Ever I love you more then you’ll ever know…I must” he smiled a mocking smile.
He leaned down to kiss me and suddenly I saw it. It was a total black room full of dead bodies and blood. Screams and pleads for mercy filled the air. Everything started to enlarge. I strange man in all black stood above me I couldn’t see his face but I knew I knew him from somewhere.
“Why?” I question him as he comes closer to me.
“Because I Love you”
“But I don’t love you:
“Oh but you will”
“NO I mustn’t it isn’t right you’re a horrible person. Your evil!”
“Ever why must we fight and bicker why can’t we just kiss and make up”
“You don’t kiss and make up all you know is to destroy”
“Then maybe you should teach me” he says as he grabs me and forces his lips upon mine. I push him away.
“Get off me!”
Suddenly everything fades and I’m back with Klaus I look up into his deep blue eyes.
“I love you” I whisper softly
“Ever you don’t know how much that means to me but you don’t have to say it if you don’t mean it.”Klaus said as he gently stroked my red curly out of control hair.
“But I do I love you so much”
“Ever please stop you’re rushing into this.”
“Rushing into what? I live with you I’ve known you for forever why can’t I say it you tell me you love me all the time!”I yelled
“Ever I’m sorry I didn’t mean it that way”
“Then how did you mean it?! Nope don’t answer that we both know the answer you think just because I don’t remember hardly any of my life since I’ve met you that you can just tell me what to do and I’ll do it no questions asked.”I say as I walk to the door.
“Ever please don’t leave I'm begging you please don’t”
“Why say it, say why I can’t leave, say it!”
“Because …Because I love you ever and I’ve always have since the day I first laid my eyes on you”
“Because you love me isn’t a reason it’s not fair!”I say as I plop down on the floor
He walks towards me and leans down to kiss me so passionately I forget why we were even fighting. As he smooth lips brush across mine I wonder why I ever left him. Why couldn’t I remember him? Our love was so strong now but it seemed as if it was only hanging by a thread.
“I’ll never let you go” he whispered softly in my ear the sound of his voice was like a drug and love was my addiction.
“I just hope you never have to”
