The rest of the day was bitter. We fought with powers I didn’t even know I had. He taught me how to compel someone. By the end of the day I was wore out. As I walked into the kitchen I could smell a sweet fragrance one that I already knew too well a fragrance that destroyed lives and created them at the same time one that was called blood.
I thought I was just hallucinating but when I stepped in the kitchen I knew better. I sall with my own eyes the love of my life sipping on a wine glass full of blood it reeked the entire room. I knew something was wrong the man of my dreams didn’t drink blood although he was a vampire he contained his thirst.
As I looked around I noticed this was to set up. I could sense the aura of another person I could feel the evil from this being as it sifted through the air. I knew what I was up against was far more powerful then I was. I couldn’t make out if it was female or male, but that didn’t matter at the moment my enemy was after us for something far more than just a business plan,
As I turned to face him I noticed his eyes didn’t have the same sparkle as they used to. His mesmerizing blue eyes were now a dark red. And then suddenly I hear a soft whisper singing what sounds like an old creepy lullaby.
Chills ran down my spine as I felt her presence entered the room. Something about her stench smelled familiar a similarity I didn’t want to remember I knew who she was and I knew who she was after, Klaus. The only person I loved in this world the only person I had left. She was out to get him so she had to be destroyed. The thought of her getting her hands on him weakened me I couldn’t give up but I knew I couldn’t fight and win. I had to get weapons fast. But since I knew hardly anything about vampires I didn’t exactly know how to kill one.
She stepped in sight and the scent of her last meal filled the room. She had gorgeous golden blond hair with emerald green eyes. She was tall and was highlighted with beauty. But why was she after Klaus. The questioned filled my mind as she smiled. I looked around for a weapon when she suddenly rushed toward me she was faster than Klaus ever seemed to be so I knew then she was dangerous. As she reached me I tried to defend myself. I reached across her to try ply her off but her grip was too tight. I reached behind me where she stood to pull her over. But instead she grabbed my hand and twisted my arm back until it burst with pain and I pleaded for mercy.
“Oh silly child you think your pain is going to pay off old depts. But your wrong”
Old depts.? How can this be possible? “Do I know you?” and just as I say that Klaus turns around to explain.
“She lost her memory when she was turned and she hasn’t regained any of it since.” Klaus says with such an apologetic look.
“Lost her memory? Well I guess we’ll have to regain it for her.” The girl said with a tone I didn’t want to hear.
“No that will not be necessary she is slowly regaining it in her dreams” what the crap how does he know that I haven’t told him anything!!!!
“Oh she has well then ….. So if I knock her out she will remember me?” She says with a wicked grin.
“NO KATHERINE! She only regains some of her memory and if you lay another finger on her ill rip you shred to shred” Klaus says in a deep calm voice as he pushes me behind him.
Katherine …… why can’t I remember her? Ugh the sound of her name sends chills threw me.
“ok well I can tell her who I am. Well you see I was Klaus’s first love you now before he was a vampire. And when he turned he was so strange all he wanted was you. It was all he ever thought about. He knew you before but it was nothing like this.”
“She’s lying I always loved you, you know that don’t let her fill your head with stuff that isn’t true”
“Oh Klaus give it a break she’s no longer the same she doesn’t see you as she did before it’s all over”
“I don’t know who you are but I can tell you that’s not true I love Klaus more than anything” I yell more trying to convince myself than her.
“Because in your eyes he’s all you have but he’s the reason why everything else is gone he’s destroy everything in your life so all you have is him so you will see him as a hero”
“Just because he left you doesn’t mean you have to convince e to leave him you have no right to come here and say this stuff just to make me leave him”
“Honey If I wanted him I would have him” she grins and grabs Klaus by the chin only to be fiercely rejected as he swats her hand away
“Oww baby I love it when you play rough”
“Oh shut up Katherine why don’t you just tell us why you came here” Klaus glares at her.
“You were always trying to rush these things… Well I came here to give you a warning and I don’t think I have to explain why. You betrayed me so I get revenge” she smiled an evil grin
“I didn't betray you, you left me remember”
“Honey I did what I had to do but it’s nice to still you dwelling over it”
“Katherine I never dwelled over you, I was just simply confused. But as you can see I'm not anymore” he smiles as he grips me to his side, and with every touch I feel the electrifying energy between us.
“Well since I’ve obviously made my point I guess it’s time for me to leave” She walks toward the door and then suddenly she has me in her grip twisting every bone in my body just before Klaus runs towards her and she pushes him away with an invisible force.
It is the force she used to mess up Klaus’s senses before. She knows what she’s doing and now so do I. she is using a force field to loosen his aura and to leave him helpless. But as she grips me I don’t follow her lead I feel nothing maybe that’s a side effect but then as soon as she looks at me with shock and despair I know it isn’t.
