chapter 4 : the beginning

It's fascinating how looking at the stars can make you forget your present ...
It's like a getaway from all those terrible memories. A pomade for all your scars . Medecine for your internal bleeding...
-"The scratches in your soul will always stay permenant , but you're meant to carry them so you won't make the same mistakes."
I thought as the wind blowed away some strands of my hair.
It's magical how the wind can purify your pores... it's like it's carrying all your problems away.
And all you have to do is embrace it and let it slide on your skin ... you have to taste it's softness , feel it's pureness so you'll be able to forget.
Jason was standing next to me leaning on the roof with his forearms. He seemed relaxed , peaceful and i was enjoying this moment so much. His hair was flying away in every direction , it was so messy... it's cute .
-"i've never had a good life you now ..." , i said dragging him back to reality
He didn't reply and prefered locking his gaze with mine , his eyes are so fascinating !
-"i really don't know what to think about this.. should i consider it a gift or ...."
-"HOW CAN YOU CONSIDER THIS A GIFT?"
he suddenly became serious.
-" You have to take advantage of these 2 remaining weeks ... Tell me ... what do you wish to do ?"
Wishing is not my thing... it's stupid so i just replied :
-"just to lay in bed and wait for death i guess?"
-" You must be kidding me ! Don't you have goals? Ambitions?"
-"I do ... I... It's just..." , i muttered.
-"What?"
-"it's just everybody thinks it's
impossible for me to make my dream come true...it's silly though, but i want it to happen so badly.."
We heard someone swear in the staircase , i know that high-pitched yet cute voice !
-"what the hell are you guys doing here?"
It was liza with her curly hair framimg her face perfectly and her make-up nicely done .
She's so short to the point that she had to cuff her jeans more then twice. She was wearing black denim jeans and a white crop-top.
Confused , her eyes swirled from Jason to me in a frenetic motion.
Amd then she put her hand on her mout and widened her eyes in surprise.
-"SELENA ! ARE YOU GUYS MAKING OUT? SELENA IS THIS A TRICK SO YOU CAN STAB HIM AND RUN AWAY FROM THE HOSPITAL ! Well it's quite a clever idea to drag him to the roof and do it BUT NO !"
I heared jason chuckling next to me and what liza got from me as a reply is me rolling my eyes and giving her my back. We've been besties since kindergarten. I really love her a lot but sometimes he's just ... ugh... Soo liza !
Jason was clearly amused and couldn't stop chuckling as he answerd
-"nobody is killin no one here ! She asked me to take her to the roof so she could watch the stars and i could'nt refuse"
Relief smoothed down liza's face and she started smiling in a childish way
-"Thank god ! I thought i had to cover up for her and burry you in the parc if she decided to do so..
To be honest i couldn't stand staying here while she is stabbing you .. so YAY"
The doc's eyes widened in terror.
-"wait if she was about to stab me you would agree to help her?"
-" Of course i will !! She's my bestfriend duh!"
-"okay now i'm scared ..."
We couldn't hold ourselves any longer so we burst into laughter looking at his frightened expression.. Man that was good liza ! I tapped her shoulder as she said :
-"Don't worry doc ... i won't.. But if you hurt her you be sure that i'll be the one to carry that knife."
And to prouve her saying she made a stabbing motion.
-" so anyways what were you guys talking about?" She asked eyeing Jason.
-"well he asked me if i had anything planned to do these 2 remaining weeks... and i don't know if i should tell him"
She took my hand and nodded so i took a deep breath.
-"well doc, the only that i wish to accomplish is going on a date with ethan dolan"
-"ethan dolan? Is this a boy at your school?"
Liza stopped me from replying so she could.. probably to take part in this conversation
-"his a famous viner and youtuber along with his twin brother."
And she took out her phone and showed a pic of them.
-"Cute.... But this shouldn't be hard.."
-"YOU WISH !" we said in the same time.
-"what do you guys mean?"
-"well it's impossible to even contact him ... unless you're a celebrity yourself ... which clearly none of us is.."
Jason didn't respond he seemed lost in his thoughts... so we just went back to looking at the stars.
After about half an hour we went back to my room and all this time it seemed as if he was planning for something.. i didn't want to bother him so i didn't ask him what's wrong.
And as he was about to leave he stopped in the door frame and looked at liza and said:
-"liza can we talk please?"
-"of course !"
She got up gave me a kiss on the cheek and left after closing the door.
What the hell is going on here?
