"oh no" brendon said, grabbing my arm and pulling me near the motorcycle and picking me up and putting me on without a helmet. he got on and sped away at a very high speed.

"brendon what's going on?!!!" I screamed, hugging him close.
"I'm gonna explain something to you and I'm gonna explain it real fast" he said, yelling over the loud hum of the motorcycle.
"what?" I yelled.
"so I've played nerve before" he said.
"WHAT?!"
"i just got into a huge mess last year when I played in Seattle and we need to run"
"then drop me off at home! don't bring me into your weird nerve drama!" I said.
"sadly, you're been dragged right into the middle of it" brendon said, taking a hand off the motorcycle to run it through his hair.
"you're joking right?" I said.
"sorry princess, but no"
"stop the bike"'I said.
brendon pulled over "what? cleo we have to make a run for it"
"no" I said, unwillingly taking my hands away from him and getting off the bike .
I walked away from him and broke into a run.
I ran as far as I could, but I was soon confused as to where I was and how the hell I managed to get lost so easily.
I walked around
"e-excuse me sir, could you please help me? I don't know where I am and I need to get home" I said to a tall man wearing a white button down shirt and black ripped up pants. he had dark hair that was styled messily.
he smiled and looked at me
"you're that Cleo chick" he said, folding his arms over his chest.
"yes... how did you know"
"me and my girlfriend Breezy have been watching you and that brendon kid. you've got a real chemistry" he said.
I ran my hands through my hair uncomfortably.
"gee thanks" I said sarcastically.
"where is he?" Dallon asked.
"I don't really care. I'm not playing anymore" I say, trying to deactivate the nerve settings on my phone- with absolutely no luck.
"honey you have to play" he said.
"what? why?"
"because if you don't" he said, an evil smile creeping on his lips "they'll know".
he walked backwards into the shadows, leaving me shaking.
