Time seemed to fly by like crazy, first ,then second, then passing period, then third, then fourth, and next thing I know it's fifth period. I couldn't concentrate at all in any class; not even this class and it wasn't even a real class. I'm a teachers assistant for Miss. Fay a very cool French teacher. All I did in that class was pass back papers, take attendance, correct homework and quizzes and stuff like that.

"Emma you marked these two questions wrong when they're right." said Miss. Fay shoving a student's test in my face.

"Oh Miss. Fay I'm so sorry, I guess I'm just not myself today, but it won't happen again I promise." I reply so embarrassed.

"Look Emma I understand you might not feel well today but I don't ask you to do anything complicated so please make sure this doesn't happen again. Your mistake caused this student to receive a lower grade than was deserved and that's not fair to them. And don't forget that I still grade you on your ability to help me." she says"

At this point I feel awful. I can't remember the last time I was scorned by a teacher like this. "I completely understand and again I'm really sorry." I hate my life today. Well needless to say she finally accepted my apology but I still feel bad, Today just keeps getting worse. By the end of fifth period my stomach was hurting so bad. I felt like I was going to be sick. I walked out of class only to be ambushed by my friends.

"Hey Em ready for lunch? I'm starving." says Juliet.

"Yea I'm so ready for lunch, I just had Econ and my brain is about to explode, I need a spicy chicken." says Reagan laughing. I felt so bad that I had to ditch them, they would make me feel better to but I can't risk making Adam angry.

"Yea I'm not hungry, actually I feel sick." at least I wasn't lying. "Besides I have to go talk to someone.

"Who?! Is it a boy?! Is he totally hot?!" said Reagan with so much enthusiasm.

"Oh my gosh you better tell us who it is." demanded Juliet.

"Um I'm meeting up with Adam but it's not what you think I just need to talk to him about something really important."

"No way?! Adam Pain?! Isn't he that guy that is like always alone?" asked Juliet

"Yea yea yea that's him, oh my gosh Emma he's way hot. He's always wearing that collarless leather jacket which is strangely sexy. HAHAHA"

"Calm down girls I told you it wasn't like that, I don't even like him he's really mean."

"Fine but you better text me after school and tell me what happened." said Juliet.

"Sure haha buy girls." They went off to lunch and I went off to meat my doom. I wished and hoped that he wouldn't be there, that he would forget but as I walk down the stairs and turn the corner. There he is; just leaning against the wall with an expressionless face, We stood there for a few minutes not saying a word to each other, he hadn't even acknowledged my presence. But I didn't mind, I definitely preferred to not talk about what he saw. He then closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, I don't know why but this made me nervous. He opens his eyes, turns to me, looks me deep in the eyes. For some reason I couldn't blink. I never noticed how beautiful Adam was. And as he came closer I didn't feel so scared the way I did the last time we were alone. He then started to remove his leather jacket revealing his tan arms. I knew he was fit but I didn't know he was that fit, I'm a little thrown off to why he took off his jacket, I don't know if I like where this is going. He takes another deep breath and turns around, when I look at his back I noticed how wide his soldiers are. But not only that; I noticed a familiar birth mark on his right shoulder. It was identical to mine, I felt weightless. Adam was a level three gifted human. I knew there were others but I had never met one that wasn't related to me. He turns around and waits for me to say something.
